Description of Work: Troubleshoot failed electric outlets on 3rd floor; installed pole light; replaced fixture & bulbs on outside floodlights.

Description of Work: They came out and checked out whole house and he said he would be in touch with an estimate. He called about 1 month later. I was driving and asked if he could call me back at a certain time that evening, but he never did.

Description of Work: The provider arrived promptly, even earlier then scheduled. The service that I paid for was done efficiently and professionally. However, the provider stated that he would send me an email with his findings and recommendations. That report has not yet been received.

Description of Work: They acquired and installed back-up generator for our house, ran electric line, etc. "Approximate cost of service" above includes cost of generator, which was a more powerful one than the usual due to the size of our house (~ $4000). They were cordial, polite, very easy to work with, showed us how the generator works, gave us clear instructions, etc --- no problems. We definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: I called four times to set up an appointment. They always promised to call be back, but never did. When the coupons were nearing expiration, I asked Angie's List customer service for help, but they didn't do anything. All in all, an expensive experience and the work was not done. At this point, I don't recommend using Tri-point Electric or Angies's list.

Description of Work: Installed two sconce lights above fireplace. This proved to be more difficult as there was very limited space to run the wires, but they did a first-rate job. Also installed a ceiling fan with light. Everything went smoothly and both jobs look great.

Description of Work: We had a brand new red oak hardwood floor installed, sanded and finished throughout our kitchen by Sheridan's Hardwood Floors. However, to do the work there were some electrical issues that first needed to be addressed. Tri-point came in and worked seamlessly alongside the floor guy the service to our applia. nces, and allow the floor guy to do his job without any hitches. It was a very small job, and it is great to have someone respond to a call like that so quickly and professionally.
