Description of Work: I emailed them thru Angie's List late at night expecting a phone call in the morning but to my surprise, I received a phone call back 15 mins later! My emergency was responded to first thing the next morning and I've had no problems since. And the price was extremely reasonable so I don't feel comfortable posting it.

Description of Work: When I called, the gentleman was dropping his child off at school, and said he would call me. He did call and arranged for him to assess our plumbing problem, which was a clogged kitchen drain. Some parts needed to be obtained and he went to a nearby HomeDepot for the items. After the install, he had an electric 'snake' which was used to clear the clog. He decided that he needed another snake which he brought and successfully completed the clearing. I would use this comany again for any plumbing issue that comes up in the future

Description of Work: Started laundry one morning only to hear a loud waterfall of water coming from a lower floor toilet. After turning off the water and reading the great reviews on Angile's List for this company, I gave them a call to see if they service my area. I got a machine and left a message but never received a call back from the company. Even if they don't serve my area, a call back would have been a nice professional thing to do. We ended up using another company to clean out roots from the main drain to the house.

Description of Work: Our sewerline was almost completely clogged. We called on 1/14/2012 and they came out within a couple hours. After determining that it would require an additional person to handle equipment, etc. they promised to come back the following day - Sunday. Arrival was on time and the sewer line was cleared quickly. We agreed to have a camera check the line for any collapse, etc. Fortunately, the line was intact. A further reccomendation was made to put a root killing solution (foam) in the drain to prevent further root intrusion. Description of Work: Dan was a true pleasure to work with and from our first appointment when he came to assess the work needed, we were 100% confident we were in good hands. We are first time home buyers in our 112 year old house for one month. On our second day in the house, sewage backed up into our tub when we did laundry. We had a horrible experience with another company, so trusting a service provider was very important. Dan provided a quote, did efficient work and gave clear explanations of the issues as he worked. The problem was resolved and we learned a lot! A++

I made several quick calls and Dan was very kind and offered a reasonable price and was not trying to rid me off for the emergency. He showed up on time and was very professional. He quickly nailed down the cause and did the work neatly, even including the clean-up. Can't expect more and highly recommend!

Description of Work: We had several drains that were running very slowly. Dan from Liberty came out promptly to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable, giving us the Angie's List discount as well as accepting a coupon. When he came back to perform the work, he was not only honest about the trouble in cleaning one drain, but told me he would come back and make another repair without cost if the drain didn't run better. When I contacted him about a month later to tell him the drain was backing up, he made an appt to come back and followed up on his offer. Even though he found a cap in the drain his second time out, that may have been causing the back up, he honored his commitment to making the other repair without charge. In summary, Dan was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. Not only would we use him again, but I will be sending his name on to friends and family.
