I called liberty at 9:30 pm on Friday evening. The owner answered the phone and I explained by water heater had stopped working and was leaking. He came right over and shut down the system so the water would stop leaking. He was also concerned that I was afraid of gas leaking so he came over within 1/2 hour after my call. He was very nice. He came back as promised with his assistant and replaced my unit in 2 hours. I thought the price was a little high, however the work was done very well, clean and quick.

Called Dan on Thursday and explained that my washer seemed to be leaking and water was running from the bottom of it into my powder room (right next door to the laundry room). I also noticed that the drain outside the laundry room was not draining. He said he would be at my home in about 1 hour. He did come within the hour to inspect what the cause could possibly be. He said it appeared to be a main drain problem and he would be able correct it if that is in fact what was causing the problem. He looked at my cold water faucet in my laundry tub and found the knob that controls it (which was fairly hidden) and turned it up higher and the water came out perfectly and with a full stream (my dogs will appreciate their baths now)! Getting back to the "main" problem. Dan gave me an estimate on the spot and said he could come the next day as it could require two men. My husband was having surgery that day, and I told Dan that I would probably be home by 1:00. That was great he said. I then called him back and asked if we could do it on Saturday because I wanted my husband to rest when he got home. Dan was very accommodating and we set a time up for Saturday morning. Meanwhile, my husband was taking a shower and low and behold, the powder room began to take on water and the outside drain began filling up again. I quickly called Dan back and told him what was happening and I asked if was still available that afternoon. He said yes and I said I'd call him when we got back from the hospital. I did call him and he was there within the hour. He promptly got to work and fixed the situation. He tested quite a few scenarios and everything ran smoothly. I can't express my relief or my wonderful impression of Liberty. I have since told my entire family about Liberty and have given them all the phone number. We all need a good plumber/drain cleaner sometime and he's the one I would definitely choose! You should choose Liberty too!!!!

Dan, the plumber, made time for me at the end of the day, was polite, the price was fantastic, and best of all he fixed the problem. I would call him again.

Working with Dan was a great experience. He took our call right away and was at our house within an hour. He is polite, professional and took the time to explain what the exact problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. In addition to the dishwasher issue we had him fix some other plumbing issues that had bothered us for months...a slow bathroom sink drain, loose toilet fixture. We also had problems with a first floor leaking toilet and he removed the toilet and discovered it was not properly installed. We had a different plumber out to look at this same problem months ago when we first bought this house and he said he could not find the problem. He never attempted to remove the whole toilet to really see the issue. We are completely happy with the work Dan did and the price that he charged. He also honored the angies list coupon I printed out and deducted it from our final bill. Liberty plumbing is on speed dial for any future plumbing emergencies!

Liberty responded promptly to our phone call. They set up an appointment for the next business day and arrived on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and handled it promptly.

My flush valve on my toilet broke and we already had the part to replace it with, so it was a matter of getting it done. He was nice and friendly and fair. We'd recommend him to others and we'll call him again for any future plumbing jobs.

I believe the charge was fair and I am very satisfied with the service. This is the second time I used this company and I am a picky customer!

At around 8 pm when our toilet broke down we called Dan and he was there in about a half hour. He checked everything out and after showing us the rotted out parts of our 20 year old toilet, he told us we needed a new one. We gave him the go-ahead and he told us he would be there in the afternoon of the next day. As it turned out, he had a cancellation and was able to come in the mourning. He and his assistant took less than an hour to install the new toilet. Not only is Dan a real professional who knows what he's doing, but he's the owner of his company so he knows the value of good service. We liked everything about him and would definitely use him again.

Dan met me at my house to inspect a blocked pipe that led from a gutter down spout to the street. I'd tried to clear it myself with no luck. He then discovered--to my embarrassment--that the pipe was currently draining but slowly. He may have dislodged some mud when he ran a hose into the pipe but otherwise it seemed to have cleared itself. He noted that the grade of the pipe was not steep enough and that could be the source of the slowness. He offered some advice about keeping an eye on it and made no attempt to sell me on work that could have been unnecessary. There was no charge for him to come out. Dan was forthright and honest.

I e-mailed Liberty on Wednesday morning in a panic, because my kitchen sink was clogged and Thanksgiving was the next day. They called me within 15 minutes and were able to make it to my house by noon that day. I was given a flat price of $150, regardless of how long the job took. As it turned out, my pipes were clogged with years of residue and installed in a very awkward position. True to their word, they stayed until every pipe was clear, cleaned up after themselves and charged me the promised flat rate. Highly recommend.

Dan arrived promptly at 8:15 A.M. on Sunday , as promised , on my telephone call to him the night before at 9 P.M. He quickly assessed the cause of the gurgling sounds in my kitchen and bathroom drains as well as our inoperative toilets . . He completely explained the cause of my clogged drains and toilets and proceeded to clear our sewer pipe from an outside vent . He also quickly fixed a loose flapper chain ( in two minutes ) in our guest bathroom toilet . He was very professional and friendly . He wore shoe booties to keep our rugs clean . He then thoroughly explained that although the cleared tree roots could grow in more thickly , no further root treatment product was needed at this time . We felt he was straight-forward and honest and took the time to explain what he was doing . He stated his work was guaranteed and encouraged us to call him if there was any problem . There were no further problems . He did an excellent job .

Dan was very responsive and answered every one of my questions.

I called Dan on Friday; he called me back promptly and promised to come out the very next day, between 9am & 10am. He was very prompt - was at my house at 9. He examined the drain, explained the problem to my husband and I - and proceeded to work very quickly. He checked several times to be sure water was running freely. Dan was very professional and applied the Angies list discount to the bill without our even asking. I would certainly call him again!

Dan was quick to respond to my initial call and scheduled a time that was convenient for me. He showed up right on time, calling a few minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. He had to come out three times, as the problem was much more involved than I originally thought--but he was great about fitting us in his schedule, so the job was done within just a few days of my initial call. Each time he was punctual, friendly, and professional, taking the time to explain the problem, what he had tried and what the next steps involved. I found his pricing very fair, with everything explained up front, and I really appreciated that he only charged for the services that successfully fixed the problem (i.e. he didn't charge separately for his time/work trying to clear the drain from the outside). He was very conscientious and took the time to clean up after finishing. We are ecstatic to have a working drain, and I'd definitely call Liberty in the future for drain clearing or other plumbing needs.

With all the rain we had in August, I did get water in my basement. I couldn't tell where the problem was so I called two different resources. One of them was Liberty Sewer and Drain. Dan called me back right away, I told him the problem and asked if he could come out and see if he could determine where the water was coming from. He came out the next night and looked at my basement checked my toilet that had been running and we went outside to look and the sewer line. The water in the basement was not from the sewer, but the top of the outside pipe was broken (it was broken when I bought the house, so much for inspections). After discussing it with him I knew it would need to be fixed eventually so we made plans for that and decided that he would clean out the sewer line too. I doubt that it had been cleaned for many years, I have lived there 8 years and had never had it done. We planned that he would come back on Saturday and do the work. I had some plantings that I moved before he came. He came on Saturday, and did all the work quickly and efficiently. His truck had all his equipment stored neatly. He answered all my questions, explained how things worked. This was a great experience. Dan is pleasant to talk to, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. All his prices where in a binder that he showed me exactly what the costs were, even getting a discount and using an Angie's list coupon! I told him he was my new plumber and would not hesitate to call him again.

Dan was very responsive. My initial call was returned within 30 minutes and he arrived promptly at the time promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went right to work. He accessed the main pipe in the basement and cleared the blockage. Took 20 minutes from start to finish. He was very friendly, profiessional, and informative, providing me with information and tips to prevent further issues. I will definitely call Liberty again for any future plumbing needs.

Dan personally came to look at this, checked every single area inside and outside my house including the area where the water was coming out, all gutters and drains. At the end, he gave me his professional opinion with regards to what he thought were the problems, all of them not related to a clogged drain and gave me a step by step approach on how to address each of them until having my problem fixed; because the fixes were not related to cleaning or unclogging the drain, he did not charge me one single penny. I was impressed with his professionalism, honesty and fairness. At a point I wished the problem was a clogged drain, as it would have been great to have them fixing it. once there.

We called Dan because our patio drain was backed up and our back yard was flooded. We also had a slow drain in our bath tub. Dan was prompt, professional and pleasant. He explained that the patio drain problem could be very time intensive to fix and recommended that we could do it ourselves. He gave us detailed instructions and even his cell phone number. We were able to successfully fix the problem ourselves and it saved us a lot of money. He also fixed the tub drain and showed us how we might be able to do it ourselves in the future. Overall, Dan was well worth the money and we would definitely call him again.

I called this service after experiencing a flood in my basement. It had been raining heavily for the past 2 weeks and I expected this was the reason. After clearing away the water and getting the basement dry again, I found that more water was quickly accumulating around a large drainage pipe any time I used the washer. I later found that sewage was also involved. I called the service, the gentleman came out the next morning per my request, he examined the area, got an understanding of the situation and let me know how he would go about finding the blockage or problem in the pipe and that he would do everything possible to clear the blockage. He came back again on my next day off again at my request to give him enough time to do all that he needed. He arrived promptly, got right to work and within an hour, my drain was again free and clear. His charges were clearly noted in his book and honored the discount coupon submitted. He was prompt, polite, knowedgeable, honest and not an agressive salesman. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I am keeping his number in the event I should ever need plumbing services in the future.

I thought they were good, they came in a timely fashion, did the job, and I thought what they charged was a reasonable charge. I think their price was good. The job was done and they came right away.
