Excellent fdrom all perspective, on toime, very good customer service, prepared, quick and efficient and clear in his explanations.

I called to schedule for an estimate for several things to be done in my home. One main issue that needed attention was a running toilet. I requested and evening appointment since I work during daytime hours. He was unable to accomodate evening but was nice to offer Sunday to stop in and go over the needs and look at the toilet. I waited all day Sunday for his arrival; no call, no show. I had other appointments to attend to in my other home for sale so I did not have the time to wait around.

After having our sewer drain back up in the morning I saw great reviews and called Liberty. I had to leave a message and Dan, the owner/operator called me back within a half hour, we arranged a time, he showed up and cleaned our sewer line at a reasonable price. He gave me a price to do a few minor unrelated plumbing repairs in the future.

Excellent work--they came back several times, and tried various techniques and equipment until they opened a pipe that had been poorly installed and was completely blocked. Almost anyone else would have stopped and told me that we had to break through the wall and open or replace pipe, but they kept going until they solved the problem. I could not be more satisfied. Liberty Drain's people are professional, highly competent and pleasant.

These guys were great...arrived exactly on time, Angie's member discount so I only paid 185. No nonsense got the work done with none of the usual hard sell for other sewer repair/plumbing services. I would use them for other work without question. All I needed was the line cleared out which they did no problem. They also had the right equipment with them which was used to clean out my line which is particularly long. NO MUSS NO FUSS...good work at a great price.

I joined Angie's list on Monday and on Tuesday night had a major water problem. I called Liberty about midnight and Dan returned my call within 15 minutes. We talked through the situation. He was here at 8:30 the next morning to check things out and got the situation under control. He came the next morning to replace the faucet and pipes that had broken. He was very courteous and helpful. I will hire him again when I need plumbing help. It is such a relief to have a trustworthy plumber!

Dan showed up on time. He explained and showed me what he thought the problem was. We agreed on a price and he had it fixed in 15 minutes.

Dan has done a few things for me including clearing my sewer lines. He's honest and affordable and he gets the job done. If he tries but can't do it...he doesn't charge you. What else can you ask for. Best plumber hands down !

I received a call back within an hour of leaving a message on his voicemail. Explained he had a previous appointment and would be able to help me after that. There was a major clog in my laundry sink and after hours of trying to remove it myself by plunging it the clog would not move. A few hours later he called and asked for exact address because he was in the area. 10 minutes later he was at my home a** essed the problem, and gave me a price. Unfortunately the problem was not easily reached because of the way the area was and he had to take a little more drastic fix. Cost was a little more, but not overly so. Problem was solved within the hour and the cost was good. Everything is fine now. I would call him again in a New York minute

Dan was excellent. He quickly evaluated the the cause of my problem and had the situation fixed in all of about an hour and a half. He was completely professional but also very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. I would call Liberty again with any plumbing issue and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

I called Dan Quigley based on reviews on Angies list. Dan returned my call promptly, and setup up a time to come over. He infact called me again 30 minutes before he was expected to arrive. Dan was very professional, diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained the work involved and the cost, which was a fixed price. He had to use a motorized flexible auger to reach the clog which was about 30 feet in to the drain line. Dan, gave me confidence that he had a good handle on the issue and obviously had the experience. Dan answered all questions in a helpful manner. I would strongly recommend Dan Quigley and Liberty Sewer and drain services.

It was a wonderful experience to deal with a professional who is honest and knowledgeable. He tried for two days spending more than 3 hours to clear my sewer line at no charge.

I got this company from Angie's List. They guy that came out did everything he can. They provided me an excellent service.

Dan was professional, clean, and personable. He came on time and installed the three toilets, carefully keeping everything clean and packing up the old toilets in the boxes the new ones had come in. After inspecting the fourth toilet, he scheduled a return visit so he could bring the required parts. He called to reschedule the second visit because he was taking care of someone's plumbing emergency. He showed up on time for the rescheduled second visit, finished the work quickly, and took away all the mess. Everything he installed works perfectly.

Dan arrived in a named-identified van at the time scheduled for his visit. He inspected the problem and offered more than one solution. Because he did not have part to complete repair, he left and returned shortly thereafter with part neeed. He completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Problem remains corrected without need of any return visit.

He will be back to dig up the area where it is blocked to determine if I need a new pipe or a redoing of the french drain. He explained all the options. Dan is knowledgable and competent. I was very happy with Dan and his helper. I'm so glad I joined Angie's list!

Our back patio drain of our new home (very old) was non-functioning and we had obtained several surprisingly murky/inconsistent ideas/estimates on what we needed to do. Our #1 concern was existing or potential water damage to our home. Dan came and inspected it, checked along the side of the house, checked our basement, existing pipes, the terrain of our yard surrounding the house, asked me questions about my observations, etc.., and informed me that there was nothing to fix. (He explained to me that the previous owner had addressed the non-functioning drain problem by doing x, y and z.) When I shared with Dan the other opinions I'd received (in terms of what we could do to 'fix' the non-functioning back patio drain). Dan entertained them (quite thoroughly), but at the end of the day, said those 'fixes' were unnecessary (in terms of addressing our concern of potential water damage to our home). Because I was in "I need to fix this" mode, I urged him to consider any and all options. He did, but at the end of the day (again) good-naturedly told me that he'd love to fix something and get some business -- but there was nothing we needed to fix. For me, I think Dan's assessment clarified why I'd gotten so many different opinions to 'fix' the non-functioning drain. After having so many opinions and possible 'fixes,' it was refreshing to have someone like Dan provide a frank and honest professional opinion without thinking just thinking about his bottom line. FYI, I did ask him when I should call him back. He told me to keep an eye out on several things, some DYI chores (very simple), and told me that I should give him a call if I had any further questions.

Mr. Quigley arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He decided my drain problem was a temporary one that had resolved before he arrived since there had been no more gurgling sounds. He took the time to explain quite a lot about drains, clogs, etc. He refused to charge me for the visit which I thought was nice since he spent so much time educating me about possible issues and remedies. Which he did not have to do. He is very professional. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem.

They arrived on time, gave me a fixed price that did not change. They had to work very hard to reach the problem and stayed with it showing perseverance. I was happy with the result.

We were totally pleased with the service.

The day he finished I didn't go to the basement because the drain was clearing. The next day I went down to the basement and it was flooded. I called him and he came back that same day. He did fix problem but I wasn't happy that it wasn't fixed the first day.

Another great experience with Dan from Liberty Sewer! I called him on Sunday night, as water was pouring out from under our kitchen cabinets. Our pipes under the sink completely fell apart. Dan called me back on Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday. We left the door open for him, he let himself in and got everything all fixed up. I am so happy I can use my sink again! The price was very reasonable and I appreciate I can trust him to get the job done right and so quickly. He is our go-to plumber. When friends ask if we have a plumber I recommend, I tell them to call Dan!

I have used the company before and will use them in the future. They are reliable, know what they are doing and explain every thing as they are doing it.
