Description of Work: Provider contacted me several days later and explained the offer was only for a cleaning and seal and it would not increase the shine of my counters, they are coming out in april to take a look and see what services I need, but I do not want to lose the opportunity for a refund if necessary.

Description of Work: I purchased a 27 year old home which has marble floors. They had not been maintained with numerous scratches and the shine was gone. Carl and his crew came in and sanded and removed the scratches to the best of their ability, re-polished and then sealed the marble. They did such a beautiful job that I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their workmanship and professionalism was a A+.

Description of Work: Refinished my condo dining area & kitchen to almost new condition. It was done on time and budget.

Description of Work: Our marble floor was honed and polished. There were some initial challenges regarding follow-up and pricing. We originally met last spring. Towards the end of the process part of the delay was our responsibility. On the day the work was completed Pat arrived on time, was meticulous in her prep work, and the finished product was very good. I would would use her services in the future and would recommend others do so as well. We had an additional vendor do some other restorative work. We may have saved a few dollars; however the quality and eye for detail did not match Classic Marble and Stone Restoration.

Description of Work: Pat and her team cleaned and sealed our countertops, re-caulked our sink and backsplash. It was quite honestly the easiest and smoothest home services experience since we have lived in our home and renovated every room over the past 8 years. They were very clear about what they were doing, how and when it would happen, and what it all meant. It made us feel extremely confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. Afterwards, they followed up and made sure we were happy with the service, and we most certainly were. The countertops and our kitchen now look and feel amazing. I'd happily call Pat and Classic Marble and Stone Restoration again, whenever we have a need for their services.

Description of Work: I received a call back the day after I had left a message. The service I requested was too small a job for this outfit, so they recommended someone (a family member of some sort) who has a smaller firm, and gave me that phone number. After a visit to my house to see the issue (a 14 inch crack in a portion of a granite countertop) I was given an estimate of cost and time and possible solutions. The work was completed the next week in the time estimated and at cost estimated. I am very happy with the result.

Description of Work: The floor of a large garden room with unglazed tile was extremely dirty and had to be scrubbed.The owner of the company does the work herself with a helper. There was alot of heavy furniture that had to be moved , and I was amazed at the effificency and ease with which this was done. Nothing was too much trouble, and in general , I have met few workman as prompt, organized and cordial. I would not hesitate recommending this company.
