Everything went smooth, they were on time and professional, the work was wonderful, floor looks brand new again.

The provider contacted me ask for pictures, asked when I wanted the work complete and asked to come see the job. I provided all the information and that was a month ago so I guess they don't need the business. How they got a super rating is beyond me. Service never provided.

OUTSTANDING WORK!! We have a 25 years old home with a large amount of marble, which needed to be restored and brought back to its original appearance. We hired Classic Marble & Stone Restoration (Pat, Matt and the rest of the crew). They were very processional, extremely neat, clean and very organized. They showed up on time, worked quietly and left a clean work area every day. They did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail is admirable. Their work is exquisite. They did not leave before they ensured all was perfectly completed. The floors are flawlessly polished and restored. The bathroom looks better than new. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and highly recommend their services. We gladly will hire them again.

I really don't know how to judge the price because I didn't talk to any other contractors but it seemed fair, given how hard they worked and how good the result was. Very good work; the floor looked like new when they were done. This was my master bath, right next to my carpeted bedroom. They kept the adjoining area perfectly clean. They gave me advice about cleaning and maintenance. They are VERY professional. P.S. - avoid a honed marble floor in a bathroom you actually intend to use, not worth the maintenance, and if you have one, keep it well sealed. Date is approximate. It was a couple of years ago.

Pat Staples from Classic Marble was responsive to all my inquiries. And while this ended up be a small job she followed through on her commitment to do the work. The work was professionally done and counters look like brand new. In the end she was more than fair with the price and actually reduced the invoice once she realized the work took less time than estimated. Never has a contractor done that for me before. I would highly recommend Classic Marble and Stone Restoration.

This project was very well executed, professionally and excellently completed. From the timely arrivals, the cordoning off of unworked areas, the process of polishing, restoration of problem areas and finally the sealing, the experience was highly satisfactory. And a learning experience as well. The work ethic is alive and well at Classic Marble and Stone Restoration; I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high standards to which they applied their energy. We are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend their services .

Pat seemed to be both attentive and very busy. When we communicated she communicated clearly and made sure I understood her explanations. When I first contacted her, It took some effort to stay connected because I think she had a vacation or a trip during the time I first reached out to her. That's understandable. It was clear though, that she wanted to work with me. Each time I reached out to her, she did respond back. She and her worker came as planned. The work was performed as explained. Later when I could use the space again, I noticed a bit of goop or polish or something that needed to be rubbed in or off. Just a small spot, nothing big. I called Pat to ask her how I should remove that and she said I shouldn't do anything, that she would come asap and do it for me. She did. I liked that very much as she showed her customer service and quality of completed work meant a lot to her. I am pleased with the final result and recommend this contractor.

Could not have been more professional. She had two young men working,that she should be proud of. Made an appointment showed up on time. Clean and no mess when they left I had nothing to do but look at how much I loved my floors. They taped everything so nothing was wet or dusty or dirty. Wished all in home or business services were more like this. It took them maybe a day and a half to do the whole job. When they left the first day everything was put back and you did not even know they were there. So they came back the second day and moved everything did the sealing and brought fans and dried everything then put everything back. Beautiful! I would recommend this company, great price and great job.

George arrived on schedule and was friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what the process was and answered my questions. My counters look beautiful. He did a fantastic job. Would recommend this company without hesitation. Very easy to deal with and they provide great service.

HER WORK WAS DILIGENT, NEAT AND PRECISE AND THOROUGH. SHE LABORED HARD, ATTENDED TO DETAIL AND MAINTAINED HER GOOD HUMOR AND PROFESSIONALISM THROUGHOUT. THE RESULTS ARE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR...AN ALMOST LIKE-NEW 40 YEAR-OLD FLOOR! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLASSIC MARBLE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY,.

The experience was great. Pat was very upfront and easy to work with. Rob who came to do the work was polite and very neat. He cleaned all the counter tops thoroughly and then sealed them. There was very little odor and it looked great when finished. He also showed me some minor issues in our counter tops (etching) and explained they were of little issue, but if we wanted to fix them how they would go about doing it. There was no sales pitch, it was just nice to be educated. I will definitely use them again.

I found a deal that allowed for more square footage so I am going with that deal with this same provider.

Marble countertops in bathrooms were etched, spotted, and lacked the desired marble shine or gloss. Granite in kitchen was installed many years ago when granite was a new product for counter tops. Pat, the owner of the company, first drove to my home in Hershey, from the suburbs of Philadelphia, to give me an estimate for the refinishing and resealing. The actual cost was under her estimate. Pat and an assistant spent seven plus hours in my house doing the required work and their travel time, back and forth to my home, was about 2.5 plus hours. They did a fantastic job and I was entirely satisfied, HAPPY, with their work. Pat obviously knows her craft and fully demonstrated her expertise. The marble countertops look brand new! Pat is "down to earth," and very personable. I found Pat's company on Angie's List.

It went very well. Pat came to see us during the summer after I found the company's name on the Marble Institute website. She talked to my husband and I and told us about our counters as far as their history in homes, pluses and minuses. She sent us an estimate via email and I let her know we'd do the work as soon as we had the money to spare. Once I contacted Pat again she scheduled a date to do the work. They were punctual, clean, and did a fine job. When done they recaulked between the counter and backsplash. My husband was home during the time they were there and when they left he texted me saying "the counters look FABULOUS!" They were like new.

Carl and his associate were very meticulous. They covered my cabinets and hard wood floor to protect them.

The owner was there person performing job. She was absolutely the best person ever working in my home (She even wore shoe protectors so as not to mark other areas of my home). Everything was prepped and taped off before work performed. All work was done with meticulous detail and my home was left spotless. The results were fantastic. I couldn't give a better recommendation. Absolutely the BEST service ever. You will not be disappointed.

Overall my counters were in pretty good shape but they are approximately 10 years old and I figured they were in need of preventive maintenance. The provider (Chris) was very punctual and had very good communication during the day up to his appointment. He call approximately 30 minutes before arrival and then again when he arrived. He really did a great job. He seemed to go over the process several times until it looked perfect to his trained eye. I am satisfied with the service, professionalism and cost. I will have them back to address other items when my schedule permits.

Pat, the owner was super to work with. She returned my call quickly to arrange the estimate. She came out and reviewed everything with me and answered all of my questions. She communicated by email to set a start date. The day of the work, everything went well, they arrived on time and took great care protecting the areas of my kitchen that were not being worked on. Granite looks like new: smooth, clean and water resistant. My ceramic floor is bright and clean, and grout color is restored. I would highly recommend working with Pat and Classic Marble and Stone Restoration.

Polished the marble surround on my soaking tub. It is beautiful--better than when it was first installed!
