They tested everything and put a new kind of light bulbs in my overhead lights and that fixed the problem of the going off and coming on. They lightened up one outlet on my kitchen wall that was a little loose and also found that one of the outlets in the kitchen where our toaster is had a safety mechanism on it and it would go off and shut down the dining room outlets. We had no idea. The electrician explained everything to me and my brother. Everything is working properly now and I am truly happy with the outcome. Both the men who came were very nice and the young man who did most of the work was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all our questions which was great.

Greg was very responsive. I emailed late the night before and he called early the next morning to make sure I was okay and showed up 30 minutes later. Wonderfully. Mark and Mark (sounded like a Dr. Seuss story) showed up promptly. Mark I worked on the outdoor fixture and Mark II worked on the ceiling fixture. There was one minor snag in the installation of the ceiling fixture, but the problem was quickly resolved.

It went well. They were professional and punctual. Scheduling was easy.

They came out fairly soon after I contacted them. They did what they said. I had my electrical box they found something that was in code when the house was built and wasn't now, and it was a minor fix. They fixed it. They also noticed that I had outside outlets that when my house was built in '97 did not have to be ground faulted, but they would under today's code. I elected to, they gave me a very resonable price to upgrade that, and I did that also. I would use them again in the future.

Greg showed up an assessed the problem. It required changing out all circuit breakers as they were old and not performing well. He and his helper changed all circuit breakers. He also fixed a light issue with an electric garage door opener. Greg came back a day later after the garage door got stuck in the up position and he was able to correct the situation as a courtesy to my sister. The kindness was greatly appreciated by my sister. My sister said that she would use him again and plans to have him come back in the Fall for some other electrical wiring work.

They were prompt and able to install an outdoor outlet. The work was outside of the scope of the coupon (distance from circuit), but they were able to accommodate with minimal extra cost.

Terrifically. They were pleasant, competent, efficient, clean, and incredibly hard working. Bravo!

Problems solved. I needed the outside breaker box replaced and outlet wiring needed retightening. Mark had breaker box in the truck, so I decided to pay the asking price of $125 in addition to the Coupon Deal I purchased for the initial $125, bringing the total to $250. I would have been better pleased if the total instead had come to around $175-$200. But, ultimately I am happy that the issues were resolved competently without any further ado. Time has value too. Technician had a bad tester so I have to ding them on that. But he worked around it and kept things real. He has a good eye for detail otherwise. Giving an A overall because Greg C offered to schedule me on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise, worked with my schedule, answered my questions patiently & completely, and made me feel confident about my first experience with them. They also provided advice on smoke detectors and GFCI outlets.
