I would recommend them. They were nice people. I would recommend them because they are flexible, and they do quality work.

They are really great people. They are really a nice service. They clean for a couple of hours. I've used them twice.

The owner/manager was very responsive to my calls and was able to set up an appointment in my time frame. He did follow up on the clean as well and at the time I indicated I was pleased. He was very pleasant to deal with. And I was pleased until I started noticing stuff that had not been done or had been done shoddily. Maybe I should have read the fine print or maybe I shouldn't have so much faith in people, but although a great job was done in the clean, there was so much that was not done. It was advertised that they would do baseboards - my baseboards were still cobwebby/dusty. Along with my light fixtures etc. It was advertised that empty cupboards would be cleaned - only a few of those were cleaned. Now I was around for the most part if they needed to ask a question but no questions were asked. This annoys me because the previous owner had left one or two things in the cupboards that I had not yet caught - a simple question could have cleared that up. The best part of the service was the responsiveness of the manager. The clean was okay, just okay. The house felt okay after they left. I was not impressed. And the sad part is, I only knew the difference when I hired another company to do my cleaning.

I purchased this as a "big deal;" so the price was very good. I'm not sure what regular rates are. Two people came and worked continuously. I don't remember how long they were there, but it was less than I expected. I've had someone come in and clean on more of an informal basis, and that was fine. This was so much better. They came with their own equipment and cleaning supplies, and took all the trash with them when they left. They did a great job top to bottom. It's been a few months; so I'm short on details.

They were okay. Unfortunately, the cost of their services was too high. I decided to go with someone else. They were courteous and nice people however.

Overall not satisfied. Had one person one week and another person the next. My issue is with one of the cleaners who performed suboptimally. For instance she left the garbage cans on my bed. She did not throw out the garbage like I asked and left supplies out. I decided that 90 dollars per week to clean a 800 square foot apartment when one room is for storage and not cleaned is ridiculously high I decided to leave a buyers beware review because my last cleaning was ridiculously bad! She didn't even put the toilet paper on the roll! She did not take out garbage, she only vacuumed, wiped down counters in kitchen (did not put dishes in the dishwasher), and washed the tub and wiped the counters in the bathroom. I expect a certain level of professions cleaning and that is not what I received and if you charge 90 dollars for weekly cleaning in an 800 square for apartment then I would expect 90 dollar level work and that is not the case. I have had multiple home cleaners and this was my worst experience. I do not usually leave reviews and I would not have left a poor review but the last cleaning was so bad I had to warn other as if I knew ahead of time that I would have this experience I would have avoided this company. I had to check to see if my key was on the table otherwise I would not have known she cleaned my living room (there was a plastic wrapper on the couch still there after the cleaning). I was blown away at the level of poor service combined with high price. The company owner is very responsive and pleasant and if it wasn't for the poor service I might consider using their company in the future.

I had two ladies (Tara and Alex?) come clean my apartment and they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with how thorough they did the job and cleaned things I hadn't ask them to clean. I give them two thumbs up and want those two back again.

After purchasing the deal, the service provider called me and let me know that he does not service my area and there would not have been a way for him to make it this week anyways. He was professional on the phone. I am just requesting a refund.

of items that I wanted to keep. The cleaning company came out the next day to clean the floors again. The floors looked much better after the 2nd cleaning. I had to take time off from work. I was told to purchase Lime-A-Away to get my shower clean. I don't understand why the cleaning company would not have this product with them. I was disappointed in my purchase.

Service Provider politely emailed back the next day to inform me I was out of their service area.

It went good! The girls did a very thorough job of cleaning the entire home, including the woodwork. Would have them back again!

This was the first time we used a deep cleaning service and was extremely pleased - it was worth every penny. Our oven and fridge both look brand new on the inside, along with our kitchen floors that were scrubbed on their hands and knees. They were there for about 4-5 hours making sure they cleaned everything. Eric and Roman were both great. Eric was really passionate, super nice, and detail oriented. He made sure to take care of all of my requests and really overdeliver. I would definitely recommend them.

Very Prompt and efficient. The girls were GREAT workers and very accommodating to my mother and the dogs. The Work was excellent. They are hard workers. I encourage the use of this company. If I had to say anything, I would say that the owner I think needs to visit the "no windows" policy and the " NO Ceiling Fan Policy" I would have paid more if that was the issue. I just think it's 2014 and if we want to pay you to clean our house, then its a good guess we want the whole house cleaned. Other than that AAA++

Service was ok. I wasn't amazed by the condition of the house when they left, but they did ok and the price was fair. There were a lot of corners missed and some large dust/fur balls still on the floor in high traffic areas after they left. Our last cleaning team at our previous house was better. We'll keep shopping around for one in this area.

Everything was great! We hired this company to come clean after my kitchen was gutted. There was dust and dirt everywhere and the house was in desperate need of a good clean. They cleaned the whole house,baseboards, bathrooms, oven ect. I would def use them again in the future.

I was late in contacting CLEAN HOUSE as I needed them to clean an empty townhouse unit between rentals. Since I didn't want showings occurring over the impending weekend before the unit could be cleaned, I had to request that the first available date be moved up to the Friday before the 1st weekend of vacancy. Although their schedule was packed, CE accommodated the request. All of the arrangements were made in a few hours as CE's responsiveness was almost immediate. Once the appointment was made, it was set at a specific time. When I suggested that I would drop by. I was immediately given the names of the people who would be performing the cleaning. As the address to be cleaned was different from the billing address, the crew got confused, but I received a call, gave them the correct address, and off they went to the correct location. I arrived late, and so the crew had already left, but the house was spotless. Of course, all the carpets were vacuumed and everything (including the ceiling fans) had been dusted, but the inside of the refrigerator was also spotless along with the inside of the stove. Excellent, responsiveness, coordination and execution for a very reasonable price. Very impressed.

Communication with the provider was excellent prior to my scheduling the service. The team was on time, personable and incredibly competent. They truly delivered a whole house cleaning with a team of three ladies led by Susette who checked the other team members work before they left. I'm now in the process of arranging a biweekly cleaning with Clean House Home Cleaning Services.

The two women who came to clean were on time, friendly, polite and thorough. They did an excellent job. It didn't take them long. I was very pleased and will use them again in the future. I also want to thank Michael for getting back to me fast and being so accommodating. You won't be sorry if use them. Thank you.

The girls cleaned each room, Kitchen, did the cabinets, counter tops, back splash, swept floors, baseboard, all ceiling fans, Livingroom, dusted furniture, baseboards, crown molding throughout house. Baths, scrubbed sinks, tub, tile, mirrors, light fixtures, floors. Bedrooms, swept under beds, dusted, window sills, dusted Tvs, mopped all hardwood floors throughout house. Hallway, dusted table & pictures, Laundry room, swept & mopped floor. Also washed front glass door & back sliding glass door windows!

They’re wonderful! I love the girls that come out and do the work! I’ll definitely keep using them. I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. I’m on a set routine schedule and I’ve never had any problems. I’ve already recommended them to several others!

They cleaned as would be hoped for. What impressed me was the obvious care, concern and intelligence provided along with the service.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List for a deep whole house clean. We recently purchased a home and the previous owners had not done much cleaning prior to moving out. Communication for scheduling was very fast and easy. Two cleaners arrived to our house on time with all the necessary supplies. They got right to work and had no issues working around the person who was installing our cable service. They were very professional throughout the cleaning. They finished my 2500 square foot home in just under 3 hours. They asked if everything looked good prior to leaving, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Everything looks great and smells fresh. I will be comfortable living in my new home knowing that the previous owners dirt and grime isn't here!

The team of four came as promised and quickly cleaned every corner of every room on their hands and knees. I was impressed and very pleased with this service.
