What they cleaned was excellent, but spent to much time being very thorough. Would of like to seen a little less detail and more generalized cleaning.

This service is great! My team arrived at the house ready for work! First, they walked through to assess what was needed, then asked questions regarding my cleaning preferences, and finally, listened when I listed what I wanted them to do. They were professional, thorough, and efficient. When finished, they asked me if I wanted anything else done, and if I was satisfied. Not only was I satisfied with the work, I will be contacting them shortly to discuss coming back on a regular basis! Very happy with their work!

They were professional and thorough. In three hours, 2 people cleaned 2 bathrooms, a powder room, and the kitchen.

Response to my request for service (courtesy of a deal on AL) was immediate. Michael fit me in to the schedule at a time that worked for our special brand of crazy. He was a little late (the B, but I get half that grade so its really an A- ... note -- remember to tell people direction nuances in advance!). The actual work performed was excellent. I am a horrible house cleaner so periodically I need to have someone come in. And yet, I am very picky after the cleaning service so there is rarely a repeat request; I will schedule with Clean House again! The bathrooms are amazing ... eapecially the teenager's! I didnt even realize how bad the glass on my backdoor was; it is so clean I will attach something to it so no one walks through it :). Very pleased with the service provided! Additionally, Michael followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied. I know that sounds like an of course thing, but more often than 'how did we do?', I get 'here is how often we will return at a fee of $xxx; when would you like us to start?' (which I find completely off-putting). I get the impression that Michael takes great pride in his company and the services they provide and he wants his customers to be at least satisfied with the work. This satisfied customer will request service again when needed!

Person arrived ontime and did a good job

Since getting a dog and then subsequently having a baby, no one was keeping up with the housework very well. The dust gets absolutely ridiculous, and unfortunately I am a knick-knack person. The team did a great job, and my house looks like new! We are going to start biweekly service. Now I just have to work on reducing the clutter.

They are very efficient, very easy to deal with. I am very pleased, very reliable. Will recommend them to other members.

The company was excellent to deal with. It was easy to book an appointment and the crew arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning. The price was quoted ahead of time and they brought and used their own cleaning supplies, including rags and a vacuum cleaner. I would use again!

They arrived right on schedule and worked very rapidly and efficiently. I was surprised that they sent three people. Between them they did a great job. I had originally contacted another company but they seemed to have problems getting their schedule together. I spoke to Clean House and explained my problem with the other company and that I had a moving van on the way. They came right away and worked non stop. I could not be happier with them.

When Julia and Lycia arrived I told them to do the best they could. We have had to move our office into our dining room to accomodate my father's need to be on the first floor. Our house looks like a storage bin on most days due to the lack of space. When I came home I nearly cried. The ladies did a fantastic job cleaning and tidying up our mess. It was they first time in months I have felt comfortable in my home again. Thanks ladies.

I have them come once a month to give my 4 bedroom home a thorough cleaning. They do a very good and thorough job. I like vinegar water to be used on my wood floors and they do that for me. 3 people come usually and they work very hard. I have been using them for a few months now and they do a great cleaning.

We schedule our cleanings online. They send a team of 2 out. They bring their own supplies. Cleaning takes about 3 hours. They are always on time. We trust them and they clean the home when we are not there. The house is always well done. We leave a check on the counter with any special instructions. When we had family in for a funeral, they came out with short notice, They are always professional and respectful. The owner is also very attentive as well but most of our contact is with our main cleaner. His partner changes from time to time. We're quite happy and have been using them over a year now. They are flexible with the dates of service for us since we work shift work. Most companies were unable to accommodate a flexible schedule.

Clean House has been cleaning our house every other week for the last few years. Eric has been our primary cleaner during this time. We've found Eric and Lori to be pleasant, hard-working, thorough, and honest. Nothing has ever been broken or gone missing. We also have two cats who think they're dogs and are always underfoot, and they are great with them! Clean House provides all cleaning supplies at no extra cost, or uses the products you provide if you prefer. I highly recommend!

The staff arrives promptly and goes straight to work. Their products clean all surfaces and leaves the house smelling clean and fresh not scented. They have always been VERY accommodating when special requests for details and schedule changes are needed. They are discreet and very courteous. The cost is thankfully affordable!

A Team of 2 show up every other Tuesday and do a fantastic job cleaning. Dusting surfaces, vacuuming rugs, wiping down the kitchen cabinets, mopping kitchen floors, sweeping finished basement floor and cleaning 2 1/2 baths. I truly appreciate their consistant "GREAT WORK."
