Their cleaning service is very good! My recent guests rated my cleanliness 5 stars on my room rental website.

We have been using this provider for approximately two years. Michael, the owner, is very friendly and responds to inquiries very quickly. Over the course of our history with them, we've had to make special requests and schedule changes multiple times, which has never been an issue. The services we receive include vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping tiled areas, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, fixture polishing, and dusting. We have been consistently satisfied with the quality of the services provided. The staff that comes out includes two cleaners, one of whom is the supervisor and never changes. The other cleaner sometimes varies, but is often the same person. When we have contact with the cleaners, they are always polite and friendly. They are also always punctual and finish working in a timely fashion. At one point, one of the employees we regularly dealt with left the company. Michael immediately informed us of the change, explained the situation fully, and stated that he would be assigning someone new to take over. The transition was seamless for us and we were very satisfied with the communication and subsequent service; the new cleaner assigned to us had been friendly, professional, and very thorough in his work. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the cleaning service we receive. Our appointments are bi-weekly (unless we request otherwise) and are consistently high quality.

Very good at scheduling, very nice man, the workers aren't as good as some of the other house cleaners I've had. I had to clean some things when I returned home. Not what I expected from a "deep clean"

Michael, the owner, responds quickly, to our inquiries, and he and his crew have also worked with us, to accommodate our schedules. Overall they did a pretty good job, ESPECIALLY on a HORRIFIC refrigerator. I don't think they did the best in dusting, and since I have A LOT of wood it was noticed. They were a little late because there was some confusion about the address.

Great Job! It was tricky because the house is old and in need of repair but they made it old and sparkly!

Good job. Three people for almost 3 hours. Ran out of time so didn't get to a few areas, but what they did do was thoroughly done so I'm very pleased. Will use again.

Very thorough cleaning throughout the house. Prompt arrival, friendly service. Asked what areas needed most attention. Cleaned those areas and also everywhere in the house. I'm on a monthly schedule and the cleaners have very good recall in terms of areas of concentration and how to clean with little disruption to me. I can proudly entertain guests after the cleaning! I highly recommend this provider!

The house looked beautiful when i came home. I will definitely use again

Moved things in order to do a thorough job. Dusted my ceiling rafters to remove spider webs. Moved my couches to do a thorough vacumn of my living room carpet. My appliances were given equal attention also. It was a pleasant experience.

Cleaners were great! They cleaned hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, closets, and more! Michael was very responsive in setting up our appointment and his team was punctual and hardworking. Very great experience!

I have been using this cleaning service for 6 months now. Tara is the team leader - there are always 2 people performing the cleaning. Tara has taken the time to learn how I really like to have my home cleaned. Her attention to detail is noteworthy. My kitchen gets lots of use and it's pristine when she's finished with it. After a number of painters, contractors, etc did a lot of work throughout our house to perpare for selling, Beth and Alex did an amazing job cleaning everything! They went above and beyond what I expected. Such a thorough cleaning! I have never seen our shower, window blinds, floors, stovetop, etc look sooooooo good! I can't express how happy we are with the job they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is selling a house or any one who needs a through cleaningof their house!
