It went great Micheal and his team did a fantastic job ive never seen my house so clean like i did when they were done, What i wanted done got done when i asked there was no problems with the team. I hired a cleaning company before them and it was a disaster! Cant wait for them to come back again....

Not we. The 2 staff that came were finished in 1 hour and wanted to leave. The cleaning was not thorough and the kitchen floor was still sticky even when I told the staff that area was problematic. They said they couldn't get it clean

Great team! I ordered 2 hours of cleaning and they cleaned 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. In the kitchen, they cleaned everything (floors, appliances, microwave, etc.) and the leader of the team inspected before they left. They removed all trash when they were done.

I was happy with the work that was done for me through this company. The young lady who cleaned the kitchen did an excellent job! The living room was a bit of a disappointment but this could have been a communication issue on my part or they ran out of time. As previously stated, the kitchen went beyond my expectations but the living room seemed as if it was barely touched. I swiped my hand across the edge of the wood furniture and I had dust on my hands. Also, I could tell that objects and the scarves were not moved and dusted underneath. However, all of the glass was cleaned and sparkling. When I requested that the furniture be dusted maybe I didn't make it clear to remove the items and dust. It didn't even smell like it had been cleaned, unlike the kitchen which smelled (and looked) fresh. When they started, one of the young ladies was in the kitchen and the other started in the living room but I left them to do their work so maybe they both worked in the kitchen since it needed more work. Just to let you know, if they needed more time for the living room, I would have gladly paid it. Anyway, thanks for cleaning my kitchen so thoroughly. I know it was a challenge and as far as I was concerned, still worth the price. I was even given some advice on how to clean my burners, which I always have a problem with. Best Regards.

Michael and Julie did a fine job cleaning our home and left it sparkling! They took their time and I am very pleased with their work. This was my first time using a cleaning service and Michael was helpful with any questions and flexible with what I wanted clean. Michael also gave us great tips on how to keep our wood floors clean. Mike, who is the coordinator, reached out to me via email to set up the best time to come out one day after I purchased from Angie's list and he sent over three women who cleaned my new home purchase thoroughly. I would absolutely use this company again and I would personally recommend this cleaning company to any one who asked me. Thank you .

They were pretty good, it was three ladies that came out, what happen was I made the purchase for the moving cleaning service and I made the appointment and I found out that the stove wasn't included in the price, if you want us to clean the stove will have to charge you so I asked the person that I paid, it doesn't mention on the coupon service, the person was extremely nice its like they wont ruin the business they will include it for free.

They were on time and friendly. They remained very professional.

This was just wonderful. The team arrived exactly on time and worked steadily and methodically, top to bottom on the house. We had a lot of dog hair still from our wonderful dog who died in February, and after they were gone, we couldn't find any. Kitchen was spotless, crew was affable and hardworking. We need to get them back on a monthly basis!

Holly and Jessica arrived on time and went to work right away after we discussed what was needed. They cleaned the kitchen and bath top to bottom and inside out. There we some spots that needed some extra attention which they took care of. Holly and Jessica make a great team, I highly recommend Clean House Home Cleaning Services.

The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They stayed for about 3 hours and made sure everything was clean and to my satisfaction. They were very professional and courteous. They saved my wife and I hours if not days of what would have been back breaking work. Would definitely recommend this service.

Three ladies showed up on time and were immediately responsive to my requests for tailoring the service. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. If I were still living in the area, I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Three very professional, friendly people came to our home at the exact time of the appointment. They assessed what needed to be done (and exactly what I wanted) and got right to work. They did a great job and spplied all cleaning products with the exception of what we requested they use on our hardwood floors. The owner communicated with me throughout the entire transaction.

They were fine. They came out fairly soon after I purchased the big deal. It was after a week or so. I didn't like the hidden fees. The interaction was okay but I didn't like the fact that I was having the impression that the fee was going to be the same. When I was going to continue to use them, the fee was significantly higher. I would possibly use them in the future.

There were key things I requested that were part of the service that weren't performed. I really needed the kitchen cabinets cleaned in addition to a good cleaning of the bathroom. I was disappointed that these services weren't performed.

From my very first contact with Michael, he did everything he could to accommodate me. On the scheduled cleaning date, they arrived on time and got right to work dividing up the work amongst the 3 of them. I can't remember the ladies names but they were very friendly and did a great job. I was amazed that they got the job done so quickly and presto my house was ready for guests arriving later that day!! Thanks Micheal and Ladies!!!

Bought this service as a housewarming present for my sister and she was very pleased with the service provided. Home looked and smelled better. Michael was very responsive and lived up to higher marks reflected on Angie's List. Would (and probably will) use the service again for my own home.

Very nice people to deal with. I paid $140 for 4 hours of service but I only wanted the kitchen and bathroom done, and some vacuuming, so I may have overpaid, since it didn't take them 4 hours. But it wasn't their fault- the other rooms were okay so I didn't need them cleaned.

For starters I have to say Michael the owner is very professional and courteous to his customers. He was able to change the date of service for me on little notice and was highly responsive. On the date of service the three cleaners arrived on time and ready to work. I have to say it was a really big job considering I had renters in the property for about 4 years that had highly neglected the house. They were able to really turn the place around and worked for about 4 hours making the place look a lot better. I would pretty much give an A on everything with the exception of two minor things; one of which may have been out of their control. The tile shower had really built up a lot of grime and after the cleaning, the base still did not look great and the carpet where it meets the walls still had dust and dirt build up which I easily solved by using the vacuum hose. Besides that the amount of work the 3 ladies did, the professionalism and responsiveness of Michael, and the price makes the service an incredible value that I would for sure recommend to family and friends.

Excellent. My regular cleaning person was away for a month so I used this group. They were thorough, timely and gracious

provider was very punctual in scheduling service and even showed up early. however, this was billed as a "move in/move out" cleaning, which I assumed would mean cleaning of cabinets, floors, walls, inside windows, etc. this was not the case. in fact, I paid $25 EACH extra to have the range and refrigerator cleaned, yet I spent an hour cleaning the inside of the refrigerator after they left. I haven't even checked the range yet, but I'm assuming this was also not cleaned inside. I guess $25 extra was for them to wipe down the outside of the refrigerator because that's all that was done, and I don't feel I should have been charged extra for that. I also expected that they would wipe down the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets, which are empty, because we have already moved out, but this also was not done. basically, they dusted, passed the vacuum and cleaned the bathroom, which to me is a "general house cleaning" not a "move in/move out" house cleaning. this is a very tiny house (879 sq. feet) so it's not like the job was overwhelming. very disappointed. would not recommend this company for anything more than a general house cleaning. my husband was present when they came since I was working, so he didn't have a clue as to what was supposed to be done.

We didn't pay anything additional. I just think they weren't as meticulous. Some of the things we told them as far as cobwebs and change some things were just clearly missed. I had them redone prior to what we had later that day. They were fine. It turned out okay.

Purchased the service from the vendor via Angie's List. Scheduled a date on short notice. The cleaners arrived promptly and completed all of the work in about 4 hours. We were very satisfied.
