Description of Work: My home settlement was rescheduled. Michael was very professional, and responsive. He was booked for the new dates or I would have happily work with him.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bedroom apartment. Including multiple wooden window blinds and cleaning hard wood floors with Murphy oil soap. 2 people for 4 Did a good jobhours.

Description of Work: Whole house cleaning. The house was cleaned empty prior to our moving in.

Description of Work: The company was very responsive to the purchase and reached out to schedule promptly. When I needed to reschedule they were again very responsive and easy to deal with. The cleaning team arrived as scheduled and ensured they understood what I was looking for. They did as much as they possibly could in the time they had - I had scheduled 2 hours and, in hindsight, should have scheduled 3 hour or possibly 4 hours. They even stayed a little beyond the two hours to finish up. They were quiet and professional and did not disturb me while I worked in my office. I would recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: They did as much as they could in the time allotted for the coupon I purchased. This isn't their fault, however, I don't know why a service particularly a cleaning service would not require their staff to wear shoe coverings. Maybe I'm just a clean fanatic but I think it's a good idea. I actually have them for people who come in to do handy work, cable work, electrical work, etc. Just a suggestion.

Description of Work: I have never seen cleaning like this - Ivone and her team did initial cleaning before the maintenance which was so needed. They moved all the furniture and did the woodwork and the windowsills and everywhere that the eye could see - it was just simply amazing--I had no idea that much dirt was lurking where I could not see. The team was professional and friendly and worked feverishly for many hours straight--this house has never been that clean. They were very responsive, and did this amazing work within two days of me contacting them as I had guests coming from out of town. I'm so excited I found them and will be using them on a regular basis!!
