Description of Work: It went poorly. They worked hard, but they didn't work smart. We have a small house (under 2000 sf) with seven rooms. They left the dining room, living room and family room untouched after nearly 3 1/2 hours. Quite frankly, we aren't really sure what they were doing, but whatever it was, was ok. They just left half the house untouched. Needless to say, we would never use them again, nor would we ever recommend them to anyone we know. The whole experience was embarrassing. We were tempted to ask for half our money back!

Thank you client for taking the time to provide a review. This client purchased a coupon for 2 cleaners for 2 hours. The home was very dirty. The kitchen had months of dirt, grease and grime on every surface from the floors to the cabinets and the countertops. The bathrooms were also very bad. We actually had to sweep the loose dirt out of the tub before we could clean it. When we arrived we asked what they would like done and they told us to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and entryway. We did clean the areas requested and stayed for almost twice the time the client paid for to finish. Just to be clear, even though the client only paid for 2 hours we stayed for over 3 and 1/2 hours. (as the client said in the review) When we were leaving we asked this client if they were happy with the service and they told us they were very happy. The client mentioned they didn't know what we were doing for 3 and ½ hours in his review. We were scrubbing and scrubbing and scrubbing. This client was also more than 30 minutes out of our service area but to make our Angie's List clients happy we traveled out of our area and worked very hard for longer than the client paid for. This client received excellent service.

Description of Work: Last minute i was told a "whole house moveout" cleaning didn't include the fridge or oven so i had to add on for $25 each. I choose both and they did both for the added $25. Overall the work was very good at a great price just wasn't happy with the last minute addon to complete cleaning.
