Clean House Home Cleaning Services

I purchased the Big Deal for the whole house clean. I have used other cleaning services in the past and found Clean House to be on par with the rest of them. And by that comment, I mean they did a good job with the house clean. No complaints at all. I would highly consider using them for ongoing cleaning services if I can find room in the budget! LOL Communication with Michael (the owner?) was excellent as we had to try and plan the cleaning around the many snow storms we are having this winter. A few appointments had to be canceled last minute because of the heavy snow (completely understood!!) and the communication was excellent in regards to new appointments! Thanks for the good job on the house clean!

Very good, was very responsive, came out on time and worked hard to get the house in tip top shape so we could re-rent it.

They were mediocre. I was really interested in setting something up on a regular basis and they showed no interest in that. They sent 2 people out to do the cleaning. The scheduling was okay and they showed up when they said they would. The cleaners really got down and started doing the job and it seemed that they were working hard for their money. I would have liked to have seen more things cleaned in the 4 hours that they were there.

They did a good job. The cleaners showed up on time and were very nice and professional. They did a great job.

Too many chemicals; not enough water for me. Cleaned stairs using upright vacuum??? Nice workers doing their job as directed.

Dusted and vacuumed all rooms. Cleaned 2 bathrooms thoroughly. Kitchen floor only, I did not want anything else done in the kitchen, I was getting ready for a Christmas eve buffet. This was my 2nd service with this company and I was so pleased that I called the owner Michael Woodworth to schedule a monthly service, specifically the 4th Thursday of each month. Much to my surprise Michael said they only work on a 28 day cycle and my request could not be met. Well isn't every 4 weeks 28 days?????????? CUSTOMER SERVICE IIS NOT THE OWNER'S STRONG POINT. HE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK !!!!!

General cleaning of house. The three individuals arrived promptly and prepared. In general the cleaning was done well. A few things not done, like inside of oven, but overall a presentable job.

The first time they cleaned the house I was pleased. I thought they did a very nice job. I then had them come back twice. On the second and third cleanings, I noticed that they dusted around items on book cases and shelves and although vacuumed the floors they did not clean them. This was very disappointing and one reason why I always wait to write the review until I have seen the work on more than one occasion.

I spoke with them and they would be able to do everything we wanted but we decided not to go ahead with the service.

It went good. The team that showed up was delightful! And they are the reason I want to try again. I only had 2 hours worth of cleaning so I will assume the couple of"missed" spots was due to that. I will definately try them again, the overall experience went very well!

DId a very thorough job. I didn't realize it would take so long to do the rooms I chose but they were very thorough and I was very pleased. The rooms they cleaned looked fabulous. Will use again when I need them. I highly recommend!

It went pretty well. I'd give them 8 out of 10 because they forgot to clean the mirrors. They're available within the next week I purchased it. They're very friendly. The owner is very nice. They worked hard, and they were done pretty quickly. My place is not that big, so it didn't take that long. They're good.

Team arrived as scheduled and worked hard for 3 hours. What a great job!! Definitely would want to use them again but they said West Chester is too far to travel. :( :( :( I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

They did not come on a Friday as I requested so the house could be clean for the weekend. They did not clean as expected--a large part of the house was not touched. They cleaned some things very well, but left other things untouched and did not seem to factor in any time management in order to assess priorities--I would not use again.

I was happy with them. I have never had a service before, so I did not know what to expect. I would say that the price was fair for the time. I would use them again.

Dane and Michelle did a wonderful job cleaning our house. They were very friendly, professional, and we would def. use your cleaning service in the future. Thanks for making our house so clean to welcome our new addition to our family!!!

My husband and I were moving and we needed the entire home cleaned professionally for the landlord. We paid online for the deep cleaning including the fridge and oven because we knew we would not have enough time to take care of it ourselves. After the cleaning we came to the house to inspect. It was amazing. All the cupboards where wiped down, the carpets were completely vacuumed, fridge was amazing. We loved it. I contacted the company to see i f they could clean our home on a regular once a week but they are not accepting new clients. Great job!

It went very well. They were on time and went right to work. Very pleased with these people. Was able to discuss needs and they were very nice.

Micheal and his crew arrived precisely on time. His manner is quiet, but absolutely professional. He treated my things as if they were his own. Michele and Dean worked equally as well. I happened to go in the kitchen for something, and there was Michele, taking apart my range to clean it!!! Dean was upstairs working on bedrooms and the master bath. By the time they were finished, my house was sparkling!!! My next door neighbor happened to stop by. She was so impressed, she has de- cided to use Michael,s service when she gets back from vacation. Needless to say, I have contracted Michael to a bi-weekly appointment.

The team sent does an "good" job. I realise I am picky and no one would clean the house the way I would. I'm happy with the results. I am now on schedule for bi-weekly cleanings. The team is very conscientious and polite. They use the correct products on the correct surfaces, something my last service did not do. I would definitley recommend them to others.

I have 4 toddlers (yes, 4 toddlers) and two dogs. They were speedy, respectful of naptime, and thorough. Oh my heavens, the sense of relief that it was all done, With the kids, I can never have the whole thing done at once by myself, so it was awesome.

A two man crew showed up on time and did a great job in about 3 hours. All ceiling fans were dusted, baseboards and window sills wiped down. Along with all other cleaning. I am very happy with this service.

Came on time, charged only for time actually cleaning (vs. getting oriented) and did a thorough, competent job. Respectful, pleasant workers (two people for two hours each).
