I bought a deal through Angie's List for 159 dollars. I did all the scheduling and correspondence with the company through the Angie's List messaging system. They were very accommodating and showed up on time. It was a group of three lovely ladies. I don't think I can say their names but I will say they did a truly OUTSTANDING job! The job took two hours. The house looks great! They did everything the contract said they would exceedingly well. My wife and I are very happy and thankful for such a comprehensive cleaning job. What would have taken us 8-10 hours was done by three professionals in two. I have zero complaints and nothing bad to say about my experience with Clean House.

The people who cleaned my house stayed longer then my appointment time to finish cleaning my house.

The cleaning staff was punctual and went right to work. Eric was the supervisor and was diligent and thorough with his direction to his team and ensuring the cleaning were up to his and my standards. He also took on the kitchen and my appliances and cabinets looked like new! Suzanne did a fantastic job with the master bedroom and bathroom. Every crevice was touched and I couldn't have been happier. She even offered to change my sheets and make the bed! The only feedback I have is the floors and tub in the second bathroom were a little sloppy. It is an all white tile bathroom so I know that the bathroom is challenging to make it look and feel clean. Thanks...I plan on using this company as my regular cleaning service!

They were here this morning. They do great. Their team is wonderful. Michael who owns the business emails me every Sunday if there's any questions. They are adjusting; they take care of it. They have been wonderful. When they got back to me, their building was in the area. I just went with them as soon as they contacted me. They came out, and it was easy. It was the day I needed them, and they have been the same day, and it has worked out well. With regard to price, they go by square footage. I would recommend them.

It did not go well. After the cleaning, we had some prescription narcotics missing. We called several times to ask about it, and they've not even returned our calls. We've used them before in the past and we specifically asked to have the same person come out. However, they didn't honor this. For obvious reasons, we'll never be using them again.

Great company response and communication with Michael right from the start. Easy and fast (less than 2 weeks) scheduling The team of 3 friendly people arrived promptly and came prepared with all cleaning products. The team leader took the time to make sure he was aware of any special cleaning products or instructions. My house was cleaned thoroughly and looks fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and service.

Michael was very responsive. The team came at time with all cleaning supplies and worked 4 hours cleaning exactly as it was described in the deal we purchased. They cleaned jacuzzi, shower, three toilets , three sinks, kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, and 5 rooms for $159. We will hire them again in the future for sure.

The cleaning included the inside of the refrigerator, stove and every nook and cranny in between. They really saved me added stress by taking on this task during the move for me.

His name is Michael Woodworth and their whole routine is wonderful, especially in the kitchen. They thoroughly clean the kitchen cabinets, including the top and bases and all countertops. They clean the stove, the oven, the refrigerators, the microwave and the toaster oven. They wash the kitchen windows and doors. All woodwork is wiped down, and then they do the floors. It is the same thing with the bathroom. They thoroughly clean everything and dust every nook and cranny, and vacuum. I thought that, of course they are going to do all the cabinets the first time they came out, but they did it every other week and both cabinets get done. I have light oak cabinets and they are beautiful and there is no grease buildup. It is a great company, and I engaged him because of his reviews. I knew right upfront what it was going to cost, and they told me right in the beginning. They gave me the price online and all I had to do was tell how many rooms and the setup of the house, and that is what he gauged it on. They are prepared.

Courteous...easy to get along with...overall great cleaning

Trust me, my house needed a very good cleaning. I am a single mom with one full time hectic day job and teach in the evenings. The last thing I want to do when I come home is clean. They did an excellent job given the state of my house. They took their time and did an excellent job. I came home and it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Beautiful, thank you! I will use this service provider again. I only wish you had weekend availability.

The service from Clean House Home Cleaning Services went OK. It was not great. It was like every other cleaning service. After they left I found places that they have missed, that seemed very typical. They claim that they would do room 360 degrees but they obviously did not. They came back and they tried to fix it and they still missed some things. Every cleaning service is like that. I have not found one that is not like that. We have a small building. It’s not like it’s a huge room. It’s very tiny.

The service provided was outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, and just all around nice people. They perform quality assurance checks throughout the process. This company made sure the customer was satisfied.

Cleaners were nice and professional. There were two people who cleaned my house including 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, and finished basement. They stayed several hours to get the job done. I'm not sure what I was expecting since I had never had a cleaning service before, however, I felt that they could have done a much better job than they did. The website said that they wiped down woodwork, but it did not appear to be touched so I cleaned the woodwork after they left. After vacuming, there was still debris all around the perimiter of the rooms. Doesn't look like they used a hose to get against the walls. Finally, the mopping of the hardwood floors was done very poorly for a cleaning service. There was still a sticky spot clearly visible on the floor in the living room. I don't know how it could have been missed. On the bright side,kudos go to the woman who cleaned the stove and fridge. She worked h****** those two areas and it was evident. I will definitely hire a cleaning service again, but will try another next time. Overall, I felt like I do a better job myself than what I paid for.

I would definitely use Clean House again in the future. The cleaning crew did an excellent job. They were on time (early). They did not rush through to get finished. They did a thorough job and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Awesome. Much better than others we have tried. We had to change our appointment date. It took a while to reschedule, probably us as much as them, but when it finally was scheduled, they were prompt, efficient and very effective.

Great, they always responded promptly and the job was A1.
