Description of Work: First, let Me start of by saying... the girls that came to the house were extremely pleasant. They were Friendly, respectful, and all around good people. the owner Michael, was very professional, courteous, and understanding.I have zero complaints about the staff. |However, Online they offered a Full DEEP cleaning for $159. (Normally over $200) I was expecting a lot more than what was done. They sent 3 girls out that morning. They arrived about 10 minutes late due to traffic,Which is understandable, and they called a little before 9am to let me know they would be late. They stayed for about 2.5 hours. When I walked in my home, I could tell that it wasn't a DEEP cleaning. it was more of a general cleaning that had been done. There was still dust and debris around the house, as well as garbage left in the garbage can. They have a "No ladder policy" that I was unaware of prior to booking the cleaning. so pretty much... if they can't reach it, it doesn't really get done. There was dust on my ceiling fans, picture frames, and almost all the decor in my home. They didn't move anything to vacuum, and most rooms weren't vacuumed at all. the woodwork, trim, and base boards were not touched. they also do not do windows. |I e mailed the owner Michael, who got back to me very promptly. he agreed that those things should have been done, and offered to have the girls come out on their day off to re clean the house at no charge. I was having family visit on the day he offered to have them cone, so I asked for a partial refund so I could have someone else come out on Friday. He wrote me a check for half of what I spent and mailed it the next day. I received it Saturday afternoon. I am pleasedwith his attitude and promptness. Extremely professional and helpful. | | |

Description of Work: They cleaned every inch of this (1-floor) house which was much in need of cleaning at a time when my husband and/or I have been hospitalized or recovering or sick since January. The two women were accomodating, thorough and cooperative. I am more than satisfied!

Description of Work: The provider sent 2 girls to clean my home. They were very hard workers. I was very pleased. There was only 1 very small thing - I asked that they use my vac - which they did - but when vacuuming she did not remove the attachment on the end so did not get along the edges (or in the back of the steps) of the carpeting. I did not notice until they left. Like I said, 99% of the job was very good. I had hoped to retain this provider's services on an ongoing basis but he is too expensive. I have a 3 BR split level and he is asking $125 to $135 (depending on frequency). Would I continue to use them if he lowered the price? Yes

Description of Work: They came in and asked what I wanted done first and the best and started right away. They cleaned my oven, refrig. total kitchen including the cabinets. All 3 bathrooms were done extremely well..I was very please with their professionalism and with the job they did. I received an email immediately and a follow up email to remind me and then an email after saying if there was anything they could have done better.....I like the feedback email and would definitely get them again.....They were friendly and knew exactly what to do and got it done.
