 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY ALWAYS SCHEDULES APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THE WORKMEN DO AN EXTREMELY THOROUGH JOB AND ARE POLITE AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEY ARE DONE.

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN WAS A LITTLE LATE, BUT HE CALLED TO INFORM US HE WAS RUNNING LATE. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE FURNACE AND CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS IT TOOK AT LEAST 6 WEEKS TO GET THE BILL AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE AIR CLEANER.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE FURNACE, HUMIDIFIER AND AIR CLEANER. THE ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER WAS NOT WORKING AND HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM.
