Triangle Air Conditioning Is a great company to hire. In this age of having trouble finding good contractors, it is a relief to find good ones. Triangle is one of the best. Ben, the owner, is friendly and family oriented. His staff is the same. The technicians that installed our furnace and A/C were top notch. They had a very tight spot to remove the old furnace and install the new. All went perfectly well. I was hesitant about the smart thermostat but their technician convinced me to get it to be able to get full benefit of the furnace and A/C. I am very glad I did. The furnace and A/C are very quiet. I have worked with Triangle Air Conditioning Co., Inc. on a ton of repairs to my rental properties and personal residence over the years and have had nothing but the best possible experience. Most recently my boiler at my personal home was out and they were able to install a new one promptly and even offered to provide me with space heaters to keep my family warm while I waited for the new unit to arrive (which did not take long at all). If you look at the before you can see that the old boiler was a faithful servant for longer than I'd been alive, but it finally heated its last droplets of water and it was due to be sent to the great big boiler house in the sky (good bye my old 10% efficient clunky noisy friend). The work was performed quickly and professionally and the system works great! Thank you so much! Will continue to be a lifelong customer.

This big job was done in one 8 hour day. You would have thought 10 guys were doing this work but; only 3 men did it. This Lennox seer 18 Central Air Conditioning System has cut our electric costs by almost half.

Triangle was wonderful! Greg and Ben came to assess and fix our problem. They were very professional, courteous and knowlegeable. There was no hesitation in going up into our 100 year old house attic or climbing up onto the roof of our 2 story home to get the work done. We have used Triangle for years for new furnace installation and for annual maintenance (we are always satisfied), but this job required a new level of expertise and they were up to the task. We'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I started using Triangle because my father had used them for years. In 2010 they replaced my furnace and air conditioner and I have had them back each spring and fall for checkups. Two years ago I called to ask about an air cleaner. Judy, the owner, steered me away from the most expensive model, saying that it was very maintenance intensive, and recommended a cheaper model that was easer to maintain. The crew at Triangle is professional, prompt and polite. I have never had a problem with them, and would recommend them to anyone.

You probably are reading this review because you need to have either your furnace or central air conditioning fixed or replaced. If you are like we were, then you probably are feeling overwhelmed by the choices and reviews (and a little ticked that you have to spend money on this problem right now). That was us in spades. All we wanted was an honest company that would give us a fair price for putting in a new central air conditioning unit. Also, that they would treat us politely and with respect--didn't realize that would not be a given. It was so difficult and frustrating to wade through all the companies that offer HVAC services and to try to figure out whether or not we were being offered appropriate bids or if they would do a good job. Hopefully we can help make your experience a little nicer by suggesting that you call Triangle Air Conditioning Co. for a bid. It was refreshing to run into a company that treated us like the intelligent people we are, while offering us affordable prices to do the work we wanted done. The two people we interacted with from the company were Judy from the office and Jim who was the technician. We give them both the highest rating. Summary Honest, affordable and good work. Hands-down would hire this company again. Wish we had known about them at the beginning of our project--would have contracted the whole job out to them. If you are gathering bids they should be at the top of your list.

The job went quick. It took about 3 hours. They put down drop clothes and was very careful since the unit was in the condo living space. They did a great job cleaning before they left, I would recommend to anyone, Thanks for the great Job !!!!!!

I've been using Triangle A/C for years to clean / maintain my furnace and central A/C. They're honest, expert, always courteous and professional. They're also reasonably priced. When you call, a person (usually Judy) always answers. They will respond immediately if it's an emergency. I called them a few winters ago when my furnace had stopped working. They responded within an hour, and repaired the furnace the same day.

Ben's professional approach and knowledge of our system was immediately apparent. We immediately had Triange perform work to repair the unit . We were both impressed and pleased with Tirangles performance. Ben even gave us a follow up call the next week to see if the unit was working correctly. We appreciate an honest company such as Triangle. We would highly recommend Triangle for any repair needs.

They are very professional and honest. I was willing to spend more on a higher seer a/c and higher capacity furnace but they were honest; not selling me more than was necessary.

The overall experience was very good. Triangle installed my new furnace and air conditioning, in addition to running duct work to areas where previously there was none. That was 15 years ago and have used them as my primary HVAC contractor.

We have used Triangle on Service Agreements for both our furnace and our air conditioning (which the installed a new one about 3 years ago). The are outstanding! Not only do they efficiently maintain our equipment, but their service is top notch. Their prices are very competitive, they have highly trainined service reps who are punctual and efficient. I trust Triangle service with the safety of our appliances and all the recommendations they have made for the last 15 years.

They did an excellent job with the ducts. It's nice to have heat in the back room in my home now. They were very fast doing the job and had it done in less than a day. When they finished, it looked like no one was in my home.
