Terminix - Bridgeville -Termite & Pest Control

We have used them for years and will continue because there are termites in our area. They come on time and do the work when they come. They schedule an appointment each year and show up on time. They give you an honest report and they leave.

I did like that they knew how to deal with carpenter ants that I am having a problem with. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to show me a couple of things around the house. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they had to reschedule twice and were able to come only on the third time. I would use them again in the future.

The technician that comes is a very nice young man and does a great job. If I'm not available he is willing to just spray outside. I no longer have any issues with ants.

They did good work for me. It was a great experience overall. The price was rather high for the work done but their work was well done.

They lowered my price by taking out termites from our plan. They are always here when they say they will be here. They go through and show me exactly what they do. If I call them in the middle of the three-month period they come out for no charge. I am satisfied with their service.

My neighbor had termites and they came into my house. They were on time. They came out when they said they would. They were professional; there was no question about that. The next time I would call some others for price.

As far as I know they did a good job. You can’t really tell if you will get termites again. So far everything has been great. We were real pleased with the person who came out. He was real good. Hopefully we would not have to use them but if we have to we will use them again.

You can negotiate with them pretty well. The services were good. We have four accounts with them. They service our rental properties. I will get a call from one person that does not know I have three other accounts. They will talk to me about service, and I have no Idea which property they are talking about. It would be nice if all the account were combined in some way. Their computer system is not great. When I go online to manage my accounts, I have to jump in and out of each account. The accounts do not all come up on one page.

They are very good. They come on the day, and on the time they say they are going to be here. Usually, the same people come, so you get use to the same person. They are nice, and explain exactly what they are doing. They also tell you if they have found anything. They are very thorough. I think their pricing is fair. Their punctuality is an A Plus! I'll continue with them in the future.

A termite problem was discovered in a home I was looking to buy. The gentleman was very helpful in explaining everything about the bugs, what they were going to do to fix it. Even though the seller was going to pay for it, for the size of the house it was a pretty good deal. They usually have to go around the entire perimeter of your house and drill holes. They live under the ground here. They have to go down pretty deep and it's pretty labor intensive. They also guarantee their work and it's only a couple hundred dollars to renew which I will be able to do.

We have been with Terminix for years. The technician is very personable - he has serviced our home for the last couple of years. We haven't had any problems with ants or any other bugs. He also provided recommendations to help us with a tree in our yard.

The workers are really nice and friendly. They are prompt and they give you a call upfront before they come. They are a pretty good service.

I have a yearly contract. I had a major problem with carpenter ants. I called a few places and they would not come for a couple of weeks. Terminix cam right away and fixed the problem. They call when they are coaming and only do outside work for me. They doa great job.
