Terminix - Bridgeville -Termite & Pest Control

The guy was very nice and reassuring. Although the inspection was real quick and I think it was cursory for me. I believed it wasn't thorough enough because he just looked under and behind my bed. Bedbugs can be sneaky and not obvious. I think he sensed that I was a little hysterical about bedbugs and I don't know how seriously he took me.

I never contacted them, but I was using a small pesticide group and Terminix bought them out. They were terrible. I was using an outfit called Gateway and they were bought out by Terminix. I was restoring an old house and it had a termite infestation. Everything was great, they set loads traps. Then I got a letter saying Terminix bought them out. I had a contract with them. They could not continue to use and maintain the same equipment that Gateway had. They wanted to redo everything and tried so sell me liquid injections. I told him I was not interested. I said that I wanted to find someone who could continue to maintain the equipment that I already had. I have no interest in their product or their firm. I would not touch tem with a 10 foot pole.

They call and advance with the date my services are schedule. You dont need to be home since it is on the outside, but they like you to be aware. They are always here during the time frame they say. They always tell me they are here and when they are leaving. They are very professional, considerate and very good.

the price grew from initial estimates, and became a year long contract. The cost grew and the scope of the work expanded to cover more than was originally requested. The service rep described something different than what is in the contract. What was supposed to be for termites is morphed into pest control. The customer service rep was arrogant, refused to help and sent me a copy of the contract and told me to read it. Unfortunately, that is when I discovered that while the initial work was performed inside the house, the treatments were for the exterior of the house. Big disconnect . Do make the service rep explain every line of the contract specifically and not give a general description of the services to be performed. don't assume any coverage unless you can specifically reference it in the contract. Do expect that you will wind up with an annual agreement and not a one time fee. don't expect the customer service dept to be helpful. do expect to be told read your contract you are stuck

I discovered evidence of what I thought was termite damage and called Terminix to schedule an inspection. They came the very next day and performed an extremely thorough inspection, including crawling all around under my large front porch, checking the inside of the house and the perimeter of the house and garage. I had already obtained an estimate from another company, but the inspection by Terminix was 10 times more thorough. The branch manager, Bruce Goodworth, explained the treatments available and the pros and cons of each one. The price quote was substantiaaly less than the first estimate. And it came with a guarantee. And after the treatment, if there would be any further damage due to treatment failure, they would pay for the repairs and provide a free retreatment. The inspector and the technician were extremely flexible with my schedule. They showed up on time, were very professional, and answered all my questions. I will have an annual recheck for a yearly fee which is very reasonable cosidering the guarantee. I obtained the toll free phone number from the local yellow pages without realizing that their office was in Altoona. But that made no difference because their response was immediate. I was completely satisfied

Brady and Dan arrived at 9:30 am on the day agreed to. They were very personable and answered my questions. They told me what they were going to do, how they were to do it and how long it would take. It took awhile to set up everything. Dan was in the attic while Brady fed the insulation into a machine on the truck. It took about 2 hours to finish the attic. They cleaned up and proceeded to spray around the outside and inside of the house for the pest control. I did not like the smell of the inside spray which was an environmentally safe product. However, it only lasted about 30 minutes. Because it was raining, Ed came back on a dry day to put in the wood stakes and put a granular bait around the house for the carpenter ants. I am very pleased with their professionalism and I would recommend them highly.

The manager and technician both replied. The technician kept an appointment on time, and provided excellent, friendly service as well as helpful information and advice. As promised,when we requested, they returned for follow service at no charge. We will use them again, perhaps even for 'maintenance' and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

i did not use there service i hired someone else who was seemed more grown up 1!!!!

We waited the whole day for these people, but they never showed, they never called, & they have never returned any of my calls. Frontline has tried calling them, but also has gotten no response. Therefore, this is a "service call" that never happened. In my case, they never even appeared to do what they were supposed to. End of story.

I am happy with them. Generally I like the continuity. We have had a contact with them for about 20 years. In that time, we have had service professionals for 3-5 years. I think they have a good screening program. They hire competent employees. They are reliable and reputable and are available in an emergency.

I have no pests of any sorts, so that is good. They treat outside my house. I had ants when they first started, but I do not have them now. I did not price around very much and I have had a good experience with them.

I was not happy with their services. They trick you into deciding stuff you really didn't want. They are good at work but deceptive. I would not use their services in the future.

They came when they said they were going to. I would recommend them.

They are great. I chose Terminix based on comments I heard from another user. They had success with them and I contacted them for that reason. They are very professional and punctual. I have a contract with them. They do a quarterly treatment and if I need them for anything they will come back out for free. I will continue to use them. I would recommend them to others.

I thought we had mice so they put a lot of mouse traps around. I was happy with the results. I really liked how they didn’t try to sell me anything.

I cancelled them because they don’t do a very good job. A couple times they didn’t even bother to show up. I used them for a couple years.

We pay quarterly. We have the same serviceman each time, Dell, and he is awesome. I only can speak for Dell because I have only had him for three and a half years. He is excellent.
