Description of Work: They charged me $1100.00 to get rid of Bedbugs. It was supposed to be guaranteed to get rid of bugs. We were never free of bugs then they said it was only 90 day service and we didn't pay enough. Then they said they would come again for $1800.00 fully guaranteed that bedbugs would be gone. Then when we would call and get follow up they said they did all they could do and would not follow through with their guarantee.

Description of Work: I heard noises in my attic. The terminix inspector found live bats, squirrels and mice in my home! He also found termites eating my joists in the basement. Im glad Tom did a very thorough inspection, my attic needed cleaned out, sanitized and insulation replaced and added, and I needed to treat for the termites. Who knew Terminix provided all these services. I choose Terminix not only for the affordable payments, but more for their environmently friendly products that are safe for my kids and pets. They started that day and finished the project in 2 days. I now have no bugs, no critters, and they guaranteed to come back and check on things periodically or any time I need them. Over all well worth it, and with the insulation that I knew I needed before will save me $$$$ for years to come.

Description of Work: When we bought this house we were plagued with carpenter ants. They found the source and solved the problem. Four times a year they spray the house perimeter. We have not seen an ant since. I hate bugs. Terminix gives me peace of mind.

Description of Work: This is an annual inspection which does not cost anything, but Terminix's annual renewal rate is ridiculously expensive. I've kept it for over ten years because I am afraid that the termites will return, but the renewal has gone up almost 30%.
