 + -1 moreI have 2 annual contracts with them for termites and pests, and I renew both the contracts every year. They always call ahead and tell me they are going to come out. They come out when they say they are going to come out, do their work, and leave. The quality of their work is good.

 + -1 moreI am not happy with their service. I was advised not to kill the bugs myself if I saw evidence that the exterminating was not working. I believe that it has now gotten out of hand. Their workers could have done better with being on time or staying on a schedule, but my main concern is the ongoing problem with roaches. The professionalism of the company is really lacking. It doesn't seem they are putting a lot of effort in making our situation better. This may be a reputable company, but we will no longer use their service.
Description of Work: I have used their service for over a year. We called them for a problem we are having with roaches and as of this morning, we found evidence that they are still around. They started by sending a bill to start the service for $200. Every month after that it has been $90. We are in the process of canceling our service with this company.

 + -1 moreThey are expensive, but I think that they do a very good job. They are very reliable and thorough in their work. They do a thorough job in spraying and will spray anywhere I tell them to. My overall experience with them has been positive and I will continue to use their services in the future.
Description of Work: I use them for pest control services. I have a three-month maintenance contract and an annual termite contract with them. My mother had the contract with them too.

 + -1 moreOverall, it was an excellent and pleasant experience. Everything they said they were going to do they did it exactly at the time they said they were going to do it. They supplied me with special bags to put my food in. they came back after three days to check on the house and they were on time. The price was very good because I had three different quotes and they were much cheaper than the other quotes. They charge for the fumigation and for the annual service. I am very happy with the work because I have not seen any sign of infestation. I have a year's contract and I will renew the contract.
Description of Work: The pest control company comes out once every three months and sprays and lays traps. They dealt with the mouse problem two weeks ago and they had earlier come in and done the treatment for the termite problem.

 + -1 moreThey are really annoying. They email and call on the phone. They are pretty persistent. They call and leave a message, but I can call back and rearrange the time if I need to. They arrive at the time they say they will.

 + -1 moreI think they respond very quickly. I think they are very reliable. The product is efficient. They usually always show up on time. I've been working them for two years and haven't had any problems with the product yet.
Description of Work: I pay Terminix a yearly contract to come in once every three months to do a routine spray. The last time they did service for me they sprayed just the exterior, but they will spray whatever you request.

 + -1 moreI think that they are clean and friendly. They have shown us how to help proof our home for these varmints. I also like the fact that they are very knowledgeable about the products they use and none of them are poisons. This is far more safe for our pets when they outside playing.

 + -1 moreTerminix Int offers a good product, but they have a problem with communicating with the different offices. The man came to spray outside and we had thought they would do the inside as well, but this man said he knew nothing about that. We had arranged our schedule to be there for the inside spraying so this was rather inconvenient for us. They did come out again to do the inside for no extra charge. I just think they need to get to the bottom of issues better.
Description of Work: I had them come to spray for carpenter ants and other insects. This was for inside and outside of our house.

 + -1 moreI like that I don't have to call them to come and do the work. They just show up when it's time to check the baiting stations. I do think that they are a little pricey though, but they have good workers.
Description of Work: Terminix monitors the baiting stations that I have outside my 1,800 square foot home. They come out and check them for termites on a regular basis.

 + -1 moreWe set up an appointment for the techs to come out. They arrived promptly and first explained what they would do and where they would do it. The paper work was explained and reviewed before signing. When they would find damage unknown not seen in the initial check, it would be pointed out and explained. When they needed to enter the living quarters they put booties on their work boots and were very careful not to disturb anything. It has been a pleasant experience working with this company.
Description of Work: The house was inspected for termites and carpenter ant damage. No termites were found but an infestation of carpenter ants had done damage in the attic. After a complete inspection of the house, outside and inside, a diagram of the house was drawn up and then it was explained what would be done. In addition it was explained what other things we could do to prevent further problems: removing old railroad ties that were used for landscaping, removing a tree that was overhanging the house roof, and changing the type of mulch being used. They used a three prong approach to tackling the carpenter ants for the initial application and will return every three months to re-check and apply another killing agent. In comparison to other exterminating companies this company had the best pay back if we were not satisfied.

 + -1 moreBruce arrived on time (has over 30 years experience), was very thorough and that same day trapped the rodent! Also found an opening where it may have entered the house, checked and sprayed the rest of the house. Even took his shoes off several times when going from outside to inside or basement to inside. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them on a 3 month maintenance schedule in future. Excellent referral program. Priced reasonable. They even guarantee their work.
Description of Work: Needed to trap a rodent. Scheduled the appt. within 2 days of initial call. I think they would have came that day except the roads were covered with snow.

 + -1 moreI FEEL THAT THE PRODUCTS HE USES ARE WORKING. SINCE HE STARTED SPRAYING BOTH INSIDE AND OUT, I HAVE NOT RUN ACROSS ANY SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE. HE IS GREAT ABOUT GOING UP INTO THE ATTIC TO CHECK FOR PLACES WHERE BATS COULD COME INTO THE HOUSE.

He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. They pointed out damage that my home inspector missed and replaced old baiting stations with new ones without me even having to be home.
Description of Work: Terminix inspector came to the house to inspect old damage and examine baiting stations. They also replaced old stations with a new technology.
