Description of Work: This is an annual inspection which does not cost anything, but Terminix's annual renewal rate is ridiculously expensive. I've kept it for over ten years because I am afraid that the termites will return, but the renewal has gone up almost 30%.

Description of Work: I have a schedule set up for a service person to come out every three months to do the exterior pest control and basement. I have no problems with pests in my house. The service people have always been polite. The cost listed above is a quarterly charge. I also use Terminix for termite protection which has a separate charge.

Description of Work: THEY ORIGINALLY PUT IN A PERIMETER SEALER AROUND MY HOME WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT IN 1995. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD A RENEWABLE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT AND CHECK FOR ANY NEW TERMITE DAMAGE. THEY HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WITH THEIR APPOINTMENTS AND WOULD ANSWER BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS.
