Description of Work: My refridgerator would not stop running. The service provider explained to me that it was not my fridge. The problem was I had blocked the vents in the freezer and the fridge and the air did not circulate. I did need a new water filter and he replaced that, as well. Great service! I would use the again, if needed and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Description of Work: The repairman was probably the nicest, professional, honest, punctual repairman I've had the pleasure of having in my home. He was there on time, explained everything, gave me my options, & I feel went out of his way to get my washing machine up and running again in a timely manner. I would definately use them again. In fact, his expertise was so appreciated, that I only wish I had purchased my previous appliances from Bridgeville Appliance, knowing that they stand behind their products. They have wonderful customer service from the office people scheduling your appointments right through to the repair work. It was the only time I've had a repairman say to me upon leaving..."if u have any problems, please don't hesitate to give us a call"

They were professional. It was a complete re-do. So, they took a look at what we were trying to do in our kitchen and they got us the appliances that we needed.

+ -1 moreThis company does not actually handle appliance repair so I am not sure why it is listed in this section. However, based upon their inclusion in this section I called them to repair a broken water reservoir in a fridge in a condominium that I rent. They referred me to a separate company that handles their repair services. This company scheduled a repair appointment, telling me they would come out anytime in the morning up to 12:00 p.m. and agreed to call me 30 minutes in advance to allow me to meet me at the condo, since it is not owner occupied. However, the service company changed its scheduling to the afternoon, but never called to tell me about the change. I had arranged my own work schedule to meet them in the morning. Since they changed their appointment time without telling me, I cancelled the appointment.
Description of Work: No services were performed because they did not arrive at the appointment as scheduled.

Description of Work: Replaced my gas range with a new one. I have purchased appliances from them before and always found them to be reasonably priced and the service good. Unlike some of the big box stores, they do not charge a delivery fee. There was, I believe, a small labor charge of $10.00. I had previously purchased a washer from them and was happy with the service.
