The men worked quickly and thoroughly

Everything went as planned with them. The delivery was on time as promised. They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their prices and quality of work was good.

He was very responsive. He came out quickly to give the estimate. His estimate was on the high end but he was a very nice guy. He sounded very thorough and I think he would have done good work.

Wow! R & J not only responded quickly, they were able to complete the work the following day, which was within our tight timeframe. The quote was competitive to remove the lawn debris, which was plentiful as it had been piling up for several years due to a constantly broken chipper, in the specified area. To our pleasant surprise, they went the extra mile and also cleared the rest of our front lawn of leaves and a significant portion behind the house that was covered in leaves! They completed all of this work in one morning and our property has never looked so clean. It should also be noted that our property is on a steep slope so performing this service was not easy - the reasonable cost was appreciated.

I had a very positive experience. Ryan came to give me an estimate very shortly after I called. I also did not have to wait long for the work to be started once we decided to go with him. I am very happy with the services performed. We have a large piece of property-1.3 acres-with a lot of beds and mulching to be done. Ryan and his crew did exactly what I wanted and it looks great! They worked for about 3 days to complete the project. Our beds were a mess before Ryan came.

Ryan came out quickly after I called. He looked over the yard and the project (raking my 1/3 acre of leaf covered yard) and gave me an estimate. He told me to call when I wanted him to come back out to do the project (the leaves had not all fallen from my trees yet). After a couple of storms and wind, the leaves were all down a couple of weeks later. I called Ryan one day, left a message asking for him to come out whenever he had time to take care of the leaf work. The next day, I came home from work and noticed something different -- all the leaves were gone! Leafs, sticks, etc. all picked up and taken away, gardens cleared out, everything. We were very pleased with this company. They were very quick to give an estimate and schedule the day. They completed the project in one day. I have had compliments from neighbors on how well they worked while they were here. I would definitely use them again.

Generally does a good job and shows up regularly. Ryan uses a ride along mower. Sometimes he does leave divets in our lawn when he turns. Most beds are edged, most of the time, but occasionally we need to remind him and/or his coworker to cut edges with a vertical angle so they don't cut the grass too short which encourages weeds. Wish there was more care taken in his work. On a more positive note, his office staff is always attentive, professional and responsive when we call.

From original estimate to complete finish the project took a little longer than we both thought, but it was the busy season, and I wasn't in a big hurry. Ryan, the head of R&J's, was always present, and took every effort to keep me informed. While the project was a bit more money than I'd originally planned to spend, it was worth it. Everyone in the company I dealt with was polite, professional and efficient. Overall, they did a great job and were pleasant to work with.

They came out to look at the job. We have about 3 acres and it was a very large job. He never called us back.

They come in, do the job and they leave. After they did the work I called them back to let them know that I liked the grass to be a little shorter than it was. He offered to come back out and to mow it shorter or he would do it the next time he came out. I told him to just cut it shorter the next time. They do a very nice job and very agreeable. They're my regular grass cutters now; I use them once a week. I'm going to have them put out some mulch here soon for me as well.

Owner showed up to give an estimate the same day I called. Work was done within the week. They did exactly what I requested -- trimmed a good amount from top, sides & back and did a nice job shaping. These hedges are mature (40+ years) and overgrown and require quite a bit of labor.

The work was done professionally and with extra care. They took care to make the beds look great, added fabric to prevent weeds from growing, although we did not specifically request this, and undercut the grass against the beds. I thought the amount of mulch and the labor was a great deal. I would recommend this company to others and plan to use them again.

He indicated that he would send his partner out to draft a preliminary design and that they would also contact the city regarding any permits needed. After two weeks with no contact, I called back. He assured me he had passed on my information to his partner. After calling back several more times over the past two months, I have only been given promises of a design being finished soon. They did not return my last call.

Ryan is easy to work with. He was on time for the appointment that was set for the estimate. R & J is dependable. You know that your lawn will be trimmed, despite the fact the weather hasn't cooperated.

IN EARLY MARCH WE RETURNED FROM VACATION AND FOUND WINTER RAINS HAD WASHED ALMOST ALL TOPSOIL AND SEED AWAY. I NOTIFIED RYAN (OF R & J) WHO INSPECTED THE JOB, AND SAID HE WOULD REPLACE THE TOPSOIL AND GRASS SEED AT NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE TO ME. HE PERFORMED THIS WORK SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, AND THE GRASS HAS GERMINATED & IS GROWING. AN EXCELLENT JOB IN EVERY WAY.
