Called and lady refused to quote a range of price but said that we could choose not to have the service done. In my opinion this is a sleasy sales tactic designed to take advantage of people in need. She called back later saying that they couldn't keep the appointment could we schedule for tomorrow. I declined. She called back a second time saying that they found someone to come out. I got a call from the plumber who said the line was clogged but there was no trap at the front of the house so he couldn't clear it he would have to snake it. I knew this was not true since I had the trap cleared previously. He would not listen to me tell him where the trap was located He quoted a price of around 500. I told him I would be there in ten minutes. When I got there the plumber was gone. I called him and got no response. The lady called me the next day and said they would take 50 bucks off to give them another chance. I said no and had the work done for $75 from another vendor.

Went very well - arrived on time and with most of materials needed. Had to go out to get more but did not delay the installation much. They are a professional group and I paid a little more for that peace of mind but it is worth it, Would hire again for sure,

He was very professional and what he did is before he did the repair he showed me the picture of the problem, and then when he was done, he showed me a picture of what he did which shows that the problem has been fixed, I'm 84 yrs old, and I have never ever seen anyone take a picture of the beginning work and the a picture of the finished job. This is what most people would like to see. Thank you. He is as honest as a days long. He would be my full time plumber.

The service was friendly and professional,but after doing some research on the price I think I taken advantage of because I was a woman who didn't know any better. Upon research this job should not have cost even over $200 next time I will definitely do some research before I say yes to the price.

Went great. My technician was John, and he was excellent.

The technician came in and estimated the cost to complete the work. Also recommended changing faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. Alright hold tight - - > the technician gave me an estimate for $1685. He also offered a discount of $200 if I package all the work together. His Estimate for fixing the leak (putting new drain pipe was $540) which was very high. I paid the service fee of $49 and did not allow them to perform the work. The work was performed by WM Henderson for $328

The water pressure in my house was very low and I called Len the Plumber's emergency scheduling number on 4/23 for an appointment. I was given a same day 12-4 pm time. When it was 3 pm and no one arrived, I called and was reassured the technician was on his way. It was 5 pm and still no one came. I wasted my entire afternoon waiting for the technician! When I called I was told that they were not able to reach my number (the very number I called them thrice on). They scheduled me for the next day at 8 am and I left a second phone number just to be sure and instructions for the technician to come directly even if both numbers were unreachable! And guess what, no one arrived! The reason they gave - both numbers unreachable! No voicemail on either the Verizon number or the ATT number, nothing in the call history. Another 5 hours wasted waiting. We barely had water for a full day by now and were contemplating getting a hotel room. An angry phone call later at noon, the matter was escalated to a manager who was able to send someone. Horrible, horrible experience. The service quality wasn't bad at all but the overall experience left a bad taste and I don't know why I should go with Len the plumber again. I'll stick with the better known companies next time.

This is the second time we have used Len the Plumber. The prices are a little high, however it is nice that you can call them in the morning and have the job completed that afternoon. They are definitely worth calling if you are in a hurry to have something done. We were completely satisfied with this most recent job, as well as the fist job they completed for us when we remodeled our kitchen and they came to assist with install of the new sink and re-connection of the existing dishwasher.

I tried to clear the drain myself with "Liquid Plumber" and a plunger. Since I was unsuccessful, I called Len the Plumber. They came within a few hours, cleared drain and provided advice on how to keep the drain clear. Also gave advice on how to solve other plumbing problems.
