Description of Work: I already submitted a review but would like to sat that 25k sounds like a lot of money but it included new shutters, the instalation of Carriage lights in the front, new roof,new siding, new gutters,and a completely rebuilt back porch. Could you please somehow condense everything into a neater sounding review with the additional information.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at it, and said you need bigger gutters for this area. I asked for a price beyond what I paid under the service contract, and they priced it $800 above what I already paid. Then I told them I'd call them back, but I had someone else give me a price for the same need, and they priced it at $300. I felt like they were trying to rip me off.

Description of Work: Roof inspection through Angie's List special. Roof inspection. Looked at roof, caulked around chimney and then quoted a bunch of figures to fix roof but never followed up with written estimate as I requested. Not worth the $$.

Description of Work: We had met with several recommended roofers, but none were as knowledgeable as Mr. Gomez. His price was far better than the others, too, and he actually did far more to ensure the life of the roof than the other contractors had suggested. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I have a standard 2 story colonial. They indicated the pitch of the roof was too steep. They did the work I asked, but did not do the work they advertised in their offer.

They also noted that I had a 'bad' spot near my chimney which they were able to reinforce / repair until I could get a new roof. | |They were professional and responded to my initial call. Description of Work: I contacted Gomez back in March when I purchased this deal. Gave him some dates that would work for me to get the work done. He asked that I send him pictures so I did. He never responded to set up an appointment. I contacted him again to try to get this work done and he asked again that I send him pictures. They haven't been professional and I want my money back for this deal.

Description of Work: We contracted for an assessment of our roof and minor repairs. Mr. Gomez was professional, on time and seemed very knowledgeable. He completed the repairs in one visit, showed us a photo of a possible area of concern, and did not try to talk us into a whole new roof! We were very satisfied.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof. They located it, spent time with us, showing us the leak out the window, and they explained what they would need to do to fix it. They were prompt and polite and they fixed the leak.

Description of Work: The job was to repair any minor issues on my roof. |The issue I had was they did the work but never followed up with a phone call letting me know the outcome of what they found. I wasnt even sure if they showed up or not. The only thing I had to go by was a sign they put in my yard. I finally called them because Angie's list kept sending me emails for a review. When I spoke with Ivan he was very nice and eplained everything they did and what he suggested I do for the future but I shouldnt have to call them. I have to take their word for what was told to me since I saw no paperwork or detailed work order on what was done.

Description of Work: The roofer has never come yet. When he calls to set a date he has one day for 2 hours 3 weeks out. Totally can not work with anyones schedule. Feel like I threw away 100 dollars!
