It went well. Ivan was prompt and greeted me on the morning of the project before he left the site. He assured me that the two men on the project would take care of all of my needs and to call him with any questions or concerns. I purchased the $99 for $200 gutter repair and ended up getting all my gutters replaced for $1,200 minus the $200 package that I purchased. In the end I spent $99 for the package and wrote a check for $1,000 the day of. Not a bad deal and now my gutters drain properly instead of back down onto my foundation. I'm very happy with the work that was done!

MR. GOMEZ , HIS SON, AND CREW MEMBERS WERE CONCERNED ABOUT DOING A GREAT JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, KEPT THE AREA CLEAN WHILE STILL WORKING, AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO ARE CONSIDERING ROOF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.

I basically ended up paying $99 for an estimate of repairs instead of having any work completed. My insurance company (Traveler's) did not agree with the assessment and proposed cost of repair, and I eventually used another roofing company to complete the repairs for roughly 10% of the proposed price from the service provider.

Gutter looks and works very well.

The service was alright. It was my first time using them and they were fine. We did ask him to fix some gutters and he said he would come back the next week, but he never did. The scheduling was fine and the clean-up was good. I find a couple pieces of nails every once in a while, but you never know what that's from though. I haven't had any issues with the new roof.

Installers were prompt and did an excellent job.

Gomez General Contractor did the work and we'll have him come back and do some other stuff. He seemed real knowledgeable and timely. The initial work was just more of an inspection kind of work. We're going to put in a door replacement and do some siding work for us, repair some windows and roof work.

The money I paid to Angie's list did not go towards Gomez contractors.

Mr. Gomez and his associate were called to inspect our 10 yr. old asphalt shingled roof. They arrived at 9am , as scheduled and inspected the roof as adverised. The inspection determined that the roof was in good condition, with the minor exception of a cracked rubber sleeve; which was replaced. We were very satisfied with their professionalism, and the cost was reasonable. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and neighbors.

His staff was extremely efficient and they comleted the job in less than a day. He then offered to paint the raw wood that needed to be replaced on the eaves. Two men came the next day and painted it all in a few hours.

Ivan Gomez responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was very professional. This was shortly after hurricane Sandy, and several companies gave a 3 week time for an estimate. He printed up the proposal on the spot. Ivan contacted me 3days later to see if I had any questions now that I had other estimates. Gomez' estimate was my middle estimate, so I chose them. He told me that if I didn't mind them working on a weekend, they could do the job the next week. They arrived promptly, draped the house for protection and worked all day Saturday. Sunday, they started at 11 am and completed the job and all cleanup by 3 pm. The work was done beautifully and my property was left almost spotlessly clean and neat.

Ivan Gomez and his employees installed what we had expected to be a complete new roof. Soon after, we discovered significant water damage in several areas of the house. He reluctantly returned to resolve the issues, but was not able to remedy the problems, instead placing blame on the "architect", the chimney, etc. When additional areas of water damage were found, we called Ivan Gomez to come investigate. He stood us up again. We hired two outside inspector/consultants who determined that the roof installed by Gomez "has significant defects of installation in critical areas of the roof such as wall and chimney flashing...the defects observed will result in ongoing leaking and damage to the property." He had also neglected to install new shingles over dormers and the flat areas over doorways. It was recommended that we replace the roof again, less than one year later. After the expense of extensive reconstruction and painting repairs to the water damaged areas, we hired Russell Roofing to install a complete new roof this time. They were excellent! We have had no problems at all since they redid Gomez's work. Hiring him was a frustrating and hugely costly mistake.

Ivan arrived on the weekend before and put up the scaffolding. Tuesday was window day, we had 16 windows replaced that day.Wednesday and Thursday were siding days. Along with building a new portico over our laundry room door. Friday was finish day.And again you could not tell that we just had a work crew on the property for the last week. The work area was spotless. We have had neighbors and friend come over and comment on "the really good job and how nice the house looks". Thehouse has been transformed into a new modern looking home from the drab looking home we had. We definitely now have curb appeal. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Ivan answered all our question from the first meeting till the job was finished.It was all about us being happy with the outcome. WE ARE DEFINITELY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.

Ivan arrived at 7am on Saturday, the old roof was removed, the eroded wood was replaced, new shingles installed, the area cleaned spotless, all done by 3pm

Both repairs exceeded my expectations. Job was started on time, completed quickly and the work was professional and top quality.
