Had service as part of an Angie's List Big Deal. Called and was able to schedule a time of my choosing. Arrived promptly. Deal was for 3 rooms, but he was happy to add the additional items at a reasonable cost. Completed the work promptly and thoroughly. I'm completely happy with the results. We have a ligher colored stair and hall carpet that that showed the dirt beforehand. It came spotless as a result of the cleaning.

I made the appointment last week. Scott and his assistant showed up on time. After their service the carpets, which are quite old, look brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

I contacted Scott and he came out a few days later to take a look and give me a quote. His prices are very reasonable before he even takes the Angies List discount. I scheduled an appt. about a week later. He and his assistant came right on time and even called when they were 10 minutes. We walked through the entire house so he was clear on what I wanted him to clean. They moved furniture whenever possible (we have some very heave pieces that I asked him not to move) and our carpets now look new. They were very polite and professional and I felt completely comfortable having them in my house. The carpets were damp at dinner time and by the next morning everything was dry. I will definitly be giving their name out to our neighbors if anyone asked for a good carpet cleaner!

We have one 65 pound dog and two cats. Scott came and gave us an esitmate which was the lowest of three we got, and that was before he took off the Angie's List coupon. So, the price could not be beat! The two cats love to hang out on this furniture and it's about 8+ yrs old. So, it had gotten very dingy. The furniture looks new again - it's amazing! The family room has a fireplace, access to the garage, the backyaard, the side yard and the kitchen. We live in this room. The carpet came out fantastic. He really knew what he was doing and gave us terrific results. Both came out better than we hoped. Definitely got great results with a price that couldn't be beat. We will hire Scott again in a heartbeat for ANY steam cleaning we need done.

They were very good and we even gave them an additional tip. The price they estimated was $90 and we thought that was competitive, and they did a much better job. We got them off the list. They were nice guys. They were here when they said they would be and were clean too.

Scott and his partner , Mike, were there promptly in the morning. They were very friendly and personable. We went over what rooms needed to be done and when over the "green" solution that he would be using. He completed it in about 3 hours. Everything went well. The only thing was that I expected them to move some furniture (not so much since we were still in the process of moving in) so that they can get in those spots. But looked like they only went around them. All in all , good experience.

Exceptionally well. They arrived very promptly and offered to fix my flat tire before they started working. Amazing... who does that? When it was determined that the car would need to be towed they were able to begin. It only took about 2 hours to complete the job and the carpets looked terrific.

I first left an email message from Angie's list. I then received a phone call from Scott and we set up an appointment for the following week. John was the person who came. He quoted the price that Scott had quoted. I showed him the areas I needed clean and he got right to work. He was here for approximately two hours. He was very thorough and very polite. My carpets felt dry by that night and were completely dry by the next day. A month later they are still just as clean and fresh even with my three dogs. No old stains are popping through.

The owner did the work himself. He was prompt and very nice. He took his time and the result was very positive. I will use his service going forward.

Scott the owner did the work. He is fantastic and runs a great business. In the middle of a period of flooding throughout the region when getting anyone to respond was difficult, Scott came out to assess the situation and start the clean up the same day I called. Pricing is fair, reasonable, and straight forward. A rapid response is critical in being able to save flooded carpeting. He was successful in saving the carpet and padding, which exceeded my expectations. Scott is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. His business is well equipped and quite capable. He takes great care not to damage or dirty your home in the process of doing his work. While the carpet was cleaned, it was not that dirty to begin with, so I cannot truly assess how effective his carpet cleaning is, but I have every reason to believe he would do an outstanding job on a heavily soiled carpet. In fact, he will be the first person I call in the future for any carpet care needs. Truly an outstanding small business owner/operator.

I have used them several different times. They are very responsive. I call them at the last minute and they are very accommodating.

They arrived on time and did a great job. Some stains we were told may not come out and we understood. They tried and did ligthten one area, but the stain is still there. But they tried and said up front it may not come out. Everything else was fine and the carpets look great, we will use them again.

I procrastinated my way into needing a last-minute carpet cleaning at my home before an open house that was scheduled for 2 days later. Scott came out immediately after my calling him and gave me a very fair price, especially considering the fact that I needed the cleaning done immediatley. He got me taken care of quickly, the carpets look fantastic, and I would recommend him to anyone. Scott is, above all things, a professional whose attention to his customers is an obvious root to why Gentle Clean Carpet Care is so successful.

They were quick to answer my call, scheduled the cleaning a day later, showed up on time, finished the job when they said they would and the cost was less than others that had quoted. The cleaning was fast and professional. I would definitely used them again.
