Gentle Clean Carpet Care

They charged me less than $300 for their services. It was $296 or something like that. The price was excellent. I’ve never had a price that low. The work was excellent and this is the best cleaner that I’ve ever had. That’s pretty good and for the cheapest price too. They are very good and cheap as well. I’m very glad I found them on Angie’s list. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Gentle Clean did a great job with cleaning my carpets. Scott, the owner was extremely professional in all aspects of the job. His assistant, John, was awesome, too. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, listened to my concerns and cleaned the carpet appropriately (I had issues with pets). My carpets look brand new and they were able to remove all the stains and odors. The price was very reasonable for the service offered. And did I mention, they were actually friendly? :-)

John arrived right on time as scheduled. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets (4 rooms) and our sectional sofa. He helped my husband lift the heavy couch and put it back in place. We had moved all of the furniture we wanted moved before John arrived. John finished the job in about 2 hours. Due to the rain we had been having the air was moist so the carpet did take longer than expected to dry. We had a 15% off coupon from Angie's List which lowered the price. We would definitely hire this company again.

John did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. He was quick and efficient and pleasant. I had a 15% coupon that he accepted, so I paid 255.00. I have absolutely no complaints.

The owner, Scott Rinier was wonderful to deal with. He was punctual in responding to my deal purchase and told me the expiration date wasn't going to be an issue, as I made my appointment rather delayed from the month of purchase. The employee who came out was pleasant and professional. My only concern was the speed of the job ( only ONE hour....TOTAL) and I'm not sure whether or not my carpets were deodorized. When John, the carpet cleaner arrived, he asked me what I was having done. As I didn't have my deal paperwork handy, I told him that 3 rooms were to have the carpets cleaned. I'm not sure if the deodorizing is automatically done with the cleaning and he didn't mention either way when he left. The other concern is that NO furniture was moved during the cleaning. While I understand not moving HEAVY, stationary furniture, the dining room chairs were not moved from under the table so as to clean UNDER THE DINING ROOM TABLE. I had a computer bag under a coffee table and that also wasn't moved. It seems that all the rug cleaning was done AROUND the furniture, instead of moving some light objects out of the way.

I used a coupon from Angie's List for three rooms at the rate of $110. They were very prompt, had an reasonable price, and provided excellent service.

John was wonderful. I had called on Tuesday morning to schedule because we found out our furniture was being delivered to our new home in 5 days. The earliest they had available was Saturday and they heard the disappointment in my voice and apologized and said if there was any way they could fit me in they would do their best. He called me early on Wednesday morning to tell me they could fit me into their schedule that morning at 9:30. John pulled into the driveway promptly at 9:30 and began working. The carpet was a white berber and was filthy. John had told me that the carpet wouldn't look brand new when he finished but would look MUCH better. He asked me to come up to the room as he was nearly finished to see the difference in the carpet - WOW! The carpet was significantly better and getting it cleaned saved us $2,500 that it would have cost to replace it. I would highly recommend Gentle Care Carpet Cleaning to anyone. They worked on my brothers house months ago and he was extremely pleased as well.

They arrived on time, were neat and efficient in their efforts and extremely professional. They assured us that if any problems surfaced after the carpets/upholstery dried they would be return and take care of them. They appeared to take pride in their knowledge and in the quality of their work. We were very satisfied, having had less than satisfactory experiences with other carpet cleaners in the past.

He was very prompt and did a thorough job. The carpets looked great afterward.

I am a researcher by trade so a lot of time and effort goes in to selecting companies for help. As a result, when I find a company that does as great a job as Gentle Clean did, I am happy to recommend them to anyone. I called a week before and received an estimate. After I compared all the estimates and the comments (from my friends and from Angie's List), I called back Gentle Clean and made an appointment for the next week. Scott came out and was very punctual, friendly, and prepared. He did an excellent job and was quite thorough on cleaning both the upholstery and the carpet. I also had numerous unidentified stains which he was able to get up. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will, of course, use them again.

John told me about the process he was going to use to clean the rugs. 1 of the rugs was extremely old and had a ton of stains and he did an awesome job!

Came to house on time. I was expecting just a quote but after offering an excellent price he said he could do the work then and there. I agreed and he did excellent work. In addition, he dyed a spot on the rug that we were having a problem with at no charge. Could not have been happier and already recommended him to two other people.

They were very efficient and even threw in a small hallway since the rooms were small which I appreciated. They came on time, did what they were supposed to do, and the carpets look great.

I initially contacted Scott Rinier via email and he called me back promptly to schedule the job. The work was scheduled for 8am and the technician, John, arrived right on time. He walked through the area and explained what he planned to do and got right to work. He moved small furniture to access the rug as agreed. There were a few stubborn spots on the living room rug and he got them out. The job was completed in one hour and fifteen minutes. The rug was completely dry in 6 hours. All the carpet looks wonderful. The spots are gone and the high traffic areas look like new. I'm very happy with their work, would recommend them and would use them again.

Very punctual, friendly, gave good suggestions on planning for future flooring changes (we have white carpet installed by the prior owner - not great for a family room used by kids). Will definitely use again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. In less than an hour they responded to my quote request email and was out in 3 days to perform my stair carpet cleaning and couch cleaning. They did an AMAZING JOB! I've used Stanley Steamer before (for twice the price) and Gentle Clean did a MUCH better job. Plus the staff was so nice and personable and really took their time and did a super thorough job. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Don't waste your time or money using anyboday but these guys!

Gentle Clean Carpet Cleaner was able to clean and renew all the carpeting in the house - none had to be replaced. A super job!!! I was delighted, and the price was more than fair for the work they performed!

I found Gentle Clean through Angie's List. Scott showed up on time, was upbeat, and did a great job. There was dried playdough in some of the carpet which he got out. I felt that results were excellent.
