Gentle Clean Carpet Care

I contacted Gentle Clean Carpet Care and the service was scheduled promptly. The representative arrived on time (8am), reviewed the scope of the job with me and got right to work. He took care in working around larger pieces of furniture and moving smaller pieces. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the price was reasonable. I used Gentle Clean for the first time last year and have been very pleased both times with the work and the price.

His service was okay. The owner came first and he gave me a good quote. The work wasn't that impressive.

It has been awhile since we used Gentle Clean Carpet Care and my husband was the primary contact with the fellow that came to the house so I can't recall actuall how much we paid. It was a special price/Angie's List special. The things I remember about the experience and the guy are that he was great and his work was as well! Everything was perfect. From beginning to end.

I contacted Gentle Clean Carpet Care through their website and received a response within a few hours. After receiving a quote that seemed reasonable, I was able to setup an appointment convenient for me. On the day of the appointment the gentleman that was scheduled to do the cleaning called to say he was running late and gave me an estimated time of arrival. John was courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet.

He was very professional and did a good job. Unfortunately some of the spots from my dogs did not come out.

From start to finish, this company and the 2-man team who came out were top-notch. From the first contact, when I called to schedule the two-home services, until the job was complete and the crew left, everything went smoothly. The team was prompt, professional, friendly, and - above all - thorough and did a great job. Unfortunately, I misplaced the paperwork on which I'd written the names of the two gentlemen who did the work, otherwise I'd give them a personal shout-out, but they were among the best contracting team I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. I'd recommend Gentle Clean in a heartbeat, as well as the guys that came out.. Their excellent reputation is well-deserved and it's clear to me that they work hard to maintain it.

Too good to believe! No one could have done a better job, worked harder or have been nicer than Scott. I had an early morning appointment and I have a giant shedding akita. I had planned on having all of my carpets vacuumed before The carpet cleaner arrived. Alas, that was not the case. Scott raked up a mountain of fur while being exceptionally kind to my big bear of a dog! Than he proceeded to clean my very light (cream colored carpeting) which was in rough shape. My teenage son's room, which I hadn't even hoped to ever see clean again (even after previous carpet cleaners told me that the stains in his room were permanent) to my shock and delight looked amazing! Even if he hadn't been able to do such a great job I would probably hire him again because he was that professional and hard working, not to mention such a nice guy!

They were great. I really liked them and I recently referred them to a friend. I would highly recommend them.

He came up and introduced himself in a warm manner, He then asked what needed to be done and which rooms. He then explained to me the exact process and went to work. During the time he was here he updated me frequently. All rooms were done to perfection and look great.

He did an excellent job and was very courteous throughout the time he was here. He provided me with some 'booties' so I could walk on them later in case the rugs were not fully dry. I would certainly use them again when my carpets needed cleaning.

Job went very well overall. They arrived on time, were very professional, discussed the process and my needs thoroughly before starting. I was moving out of the house and needed all carpets cleaned and deodorized per the lease. 'Gentle Clean' did a great job removing stains and odors from my cats. Carpets looked brand new when they were finished.

My carpet was pretty dirty. Grandchildren, dog and other accidents. Scott did a fantastic job getting the stains out. My carpet is five years old, and a light color Berber. The carpet looks new again.

He did a very, very good job. I had a lot of pet stains and they all came out. I had used another company before him and they didn't do a good job. He did what he said he was going to do and the price was reasonable.

Scott came early in the morning, around 8am, was very friendly and great to work with. The whole job took about an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. This is our first house and the first time I had carpets professionally cleaned, so I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. The carpets were a lot dirtier than I had originally thought, but they now look amazing and brand new! I would hire Scott again to clean our carpets and would highly recommend him!!

Went great! The kitchen floor cleaning cost 50% of the total cleaning, but it needed it. We spilled wine on the tile and could not get out the stain. Gentle Clean got out the wine stain with no problems. We were a little bummed that our "Pet Stains" still remain on the carpet, but they did the best they could to get them out. Very professional and punctual!

We made an appointment on Monday for Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Scott showed up exactly on time and was extremely courteous, very, very neat and professional. Our carpets came out very fresh and clean. He finished the work within two hours. We have used other carpet cleaning services in recent years, mainly through Angie's List. However, Gentle Clean is by far the best service we have had. We will definitely use the company again in the future and will recommend them to our friends and associates.

Scott was prompt in his appointment to quote the job. He held true to his quote and he cleaned everything he said he would in under an hour. Not only that, but he was very careful not to make a mess anywhere as it snowed that morning. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Scott to everyone! My carpets came out like new!

I needed to get all the carpets in the house cleaned. Gentle Clean was very accommodating in arranging the schedule and showed up right on time. They did a great job of cleaning the carpets, even the high traffic and stained spots.

From the moment I called them on Saturday morning I knew I picked the right company for the job! I explained my needs over the phone and explained that I am in need of somebody today or tommorow (SAT, SUN) that can clean my carpets. Scott was so helpful that he said he would come out Sunday even when that is their day off! Talk about customer satisfaction.They arrived right on time 8:30 A.M. Sunday morning and were ready to work. They were very polite and professional and the job looks great! Now that everything is dry about 3 hours later I can really see how great of a job they did and the smell is great! These guys are top notch! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend themto anyone!

Very responsive to initial calls, gave all needed information before they came (including price), came on time, worked carefully and wall even checked upholstery cards on couch to be sure that their products, and was acceptable. All was better than promised and a wonderful experience.

Scott is excellent!! Very professional, excellent work, on time and the price was right. I found his business through Angie's and went with him because of all the positive responses other members gave. He did not disappoint. I also just used him on Dec 27th 2011 to clean the carpets at my office location and he did an excellent job there as well. Good Guy!

Working with Scott was everything you expect from a professional. Very responsive from our first call to him, providing an estimate that was spot on, he arrived on time, did a thorough job and finished their work in a timely manner. Great experience and will use them again in the future.
