The dispatcher was very friendly and flexible when I called to schedule the appointment. She called my cell phone the day before to confirm the appointment. The service technician arrived exactly on time. He took about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, maybe another 10 minutes, tops, to replace the part, test it and wait until the unit cooled down to make sure everything was resolved with that one repair.

Arrived as scheduled, and completed all work requested. Answered my questions and explained how to make system work more efficiently.

Mark, the tech, responded to our phone message quickly and immediately set up an appointment the very next morning. He arrived right on time. He was a really nice guy who took the time to find the problem, explain it to us, offer us various options as to the costs as relates to when we had it fixed (i.e., it would be more costly to have the repair completed during the holiday weekend as opposed to waiting until the regular work week). Though I felt that even the regular hourly rate was a bit high and the holiday rate, which was understandably higher yet, at our request mark went ahead and fixed the problem satisfactorily. He was in and out of our home within 2 hours. He was a pleasure to work with and he left the work area cleaned-up. Also, their office staff called to follow up on the work, the professionalism of their tech, and the service itself.

We called for air conditioning service and we found them not only prompt in answering our message, but also very friendly and efficient in trying to get to us as soon as possible. They informed us that they were having a spring A/C special for $89. They came out within a short time after calling, and we were very pleased with the job they did and the cost.(They called the day before to confirm the service date and time to make sure we were still available). They said someone would be at our house between 1:00 and 2:00 pm and Chris showed up exactly at 1:00 pm. After the thorough check, he said our unit was operating safe and properly. We will definitely use them again for A/C service and we also intend to use them for our heating service, as well.

The tech was extremely courteous and very helpful. He showed me how to squeeze my slightly larger filter into the slot, even explained that, "you could get caught on screws, so be careful." Cleaned up the furnace and told me that while it should be on it's last leg, it still has some kick left to it. Now that's honesty!

I found Tal about 7 years ago, when my furnace broke in the middle of the night on the day we were scheduled to leave on vacation. We got up to leave at 4am only to find a freezing cold house and a broken furnace. We were supposed to leave at 6am, so I was desperate to find someone fast. I called everyone who advertised 24hr service in the phonebook and Tal was the only one who called me back. He was at my house by 6am, but needed a part. He was back at 8, after the parts shop opened, and we were on the road by 9. I have been a loyal customer ever since. He is fairly priced, very knowledgeable and just a really nice guy.

The technician was very pleasant and he arrived on time. He inspected the inside unit and the outside unit as well as topped off my refrigerant. Jerry seamed knowledgeable on the unit and in no way tried to sell me anything that was not needed. I would definitely use this company again for my heating and cooling needs.

The gentleman that came out was knowledgeable, nice and very professional. He worked quickly, explained what he was doing, and gave advice on how to maintain the units.
