The work was good however over priced. The worker went off topic and was talking about unprofessional conversations with my 80 year old mother. The receptionist is extremely rude who answers the phones.

Absolute 1st class operation. Tal is a man of his word and his installers are fantastic. He's got my wife and I as customers for life.

Blue Bell was prompt and very professional. They replaced my old unit in one day and left the work site in better shape then when they started. Blue Bell had the best price on the American Standard unit that I wanted.

Great! The owner (Tal) was quick to respond and gave us options. Scheduling was quick - next business day. As a courtesy Tal also had coolant added (free of charge) to our leaking AC unit to get us through the weekend. We were experiencing a Fall heat wave. The house was made cool and comfortable until the work could be completed. The crew was on time, professional, and courteous. And everything has been operating perfectly ever since...

Other companies suggested that I needed a total replacement, and they told me that I didn't. I don't think that he charged anything if I remember correctly. The guy told me that everything was fine. I thought he was really good, in the future I would be using him.

Service provider was excellent. Representatives I spoke with for scheduling and billing were prompt and courteous. Was given price up front. Reasonable prices. Will definitely refer them to friends and use again.

Andy was very nice and friendly. He was fast and knowledgable. Found the problem right away and quoted me a price to fix it before he did the work. Fantastic and would use them again.

They could not have been better from start to finish. I called other providers who said it would take days to get to me because we were in a heat wave and it was the beginning of the week. Blue Bell Heating and AC told me they would get to me today or tomorrow but as soon as they could. I made the appointment and within an hour I had a technician at my house who diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour at a reasonable price. My last several experiences with HVAC companies has not been at all good and this one renewed my faith. I will use them again for certain.

Prompt, Knowledgeable, Competitive Pricing, Honest, Reliable, Clean, Courteous, Hardworking, Friendly, and a Proud USA citizen. Our A/C unit froze over July 4th weekend, called and left voice message on 7/4/16. After speaking with Teena on 7/5/16 Tal showed up in 20mins upon my call, requesting an estimate on a new A/C and/or heater. Tal stands behind American Standard, he has it in his home and his families homes. He gave a very competitive price on an excellent product. Financing was available and was an easy process which took place 7/6 and they had the units in stock, installation was scheduled for 7/7 between 8am-9am. The tech's showed up at 8:05am. The team was on time, courteous and polite, the new unit is awesome. Installation was completed by 3pm. Very grateful for Tal and his Staff. I would refer this company to all.

I called this company to make an appointment because my air conditioner broke in my office. I did an angies list search and found this company. At first it was a little frustrating with Tina the receptionist but the owner came out and looked at my AC unit and knew right away what the problem was. After meeting with the owner and saw what a pleasant friendly man he was and how willing he was to accommodate me I knew I called the right company. Needless to say I will hire them again and will recommend them to others. Thanks Tal for a great experience.

This was a great experience. The owner, Tal Stewart, came to my home as scheduled to give me an estimate on a new system. I did not have to wait long for him to come out and give me the details I was looking for. He was very down to earth, and I could tell very honest as well. He discussed my options and gave me a general estimate of my costs. Within a day or two I had a formal estimate via email giving me a few options. Tal Stewart was also able to connect me with a company who offered interest free financing with no closing cost. I made my choice and went with Blue Bell Heating and Air Conditioning right away. I contacted the company to let them know, and they were at my house within a few days to install the new system. The guys that came to my house were fast, friendly and efficient. They removed the old system and put in the new system in about 5 hours. I could tell that they knew what they were doing. They kept my house clean and free from damage. They told me what I needed to do with the thermostat and the filter changes. I was assured that if I had any issues that the company would handle them immediately. I had other companies come to my house, and no one came close to offering what I was getting with Blue Bell Heating and Air Conditioning. I highly recommend them.

After getting quotes from 6 venders I decided to go with Blue Bell because they were knowledgeable, professional and answered my calls and e-mails promptly. I did a lot of research into the specs on heat pump systems and Blue Bell sold the brand I was looking for. Installation took place on the scheduled day and was completed the same day even though some unexpected modifications needed to be made to my duct work. Installers were courteous and professional. All debris was cleaned and removed before they left. I was extremely happy with the whole experience. I made a service call during the extreme cold spell in January because I thought the back up heat was not working properly. A service tech came out a few days later to check the system and determined everything was working properly and I just needed to be patient when the back up heating was called for because it takes a few minutes to respond. To my surprise, I was not charged for this service visit. I would highly recommend Blue Bell for any heating and cooling jobs.

It went well. I met with Chris and he did a great job. My system is about 25 years old for a the air exchanger, and 14 years old for the heat pump. And it was leaking refrigerant, it had been for the past couple of a years. Instead of trying to sell me on putting in more of the costly refrigerant in the system, he was honest with me and told me that I probably would be better served by just putting the money towards a new system. It is refreshing to find somebody that is willing to have the hard conversation of replacing a system vs just topping off the refrigerant at $250 a pop each year.

It was wonderful. They did an excellent job and everything is working great. I would recommend them hightly.

One heater needed a new igniter unit which they fixed properly but the other unit was having what turned outgo be a problem with a relay the person who first came out thought it was a fAn they ordered a fan took about a week and someone else from the company came out to instal it but it did not fix the problem. I was told I needed a new electric panel. I decided to get another opinion and canceled the new panel which was a few hundred. I have used this company many times before and the owner. Called me and wanted to come out and check outt eh problem. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed a relay total cost 100 for the relay and it fixed my problem

Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was friendly and curteous and answered all of my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Chris cleaned up the area when done. He explained the current condition of the unit and gave an estimate of its life span. Would definitely use Blue Bell Heating again and have already recommended them to a friend.

Work was done in an efficient manner. Technicians worked for long hours until completion of the job.

The repair person directed us to a problem that might have been caused by the installation. However we were not able to recoup any cost for that. Also we do not believe the a/c is working properly and will probably need another service/repair on it.

This was a difficult review to write because the heater expert who came out to my house was fantastic. His name is Chris and he used to own his own HVAC business. He also came out within 2 hours of my calling so the service couldn't have been more prompt. Chris is the one who went the extra mile and inserted a camera inside the gas furnace and found a large crack in the heat exchanger. Chris said this was dangerous and I could no longer use the heater. I needed a new one. Unfortunately, it all went down hill after Chris left. He had spoke in glowing terms of the owner who would call me the next day and send me a proposal. Chris was concerned because the existing heater was too big for the house. The owner did not call me but he did email me a proposal which did not mention anything about the appropriateness of the heater size. He included all the details for a one-stage heater from American Standard. In the proposal, he also said that I could get a two-stage unit at a higher price but he did not provide any details about the alternative. I emailed him back immediately asking him what the difference was between the two units and he never responded. So I eventually called another company. Even though the overall grade was F, Chris was so knowledgeable and helpful, I felt he pulled the grade up considerably. So thank you, Chris!!!!

Excellent service and equipment. I had three companies give me an estimate and Tal's was lower by about 3500.00 than the other two. Also, he was no nonsense and straight talking. He didn't take a lot of fancy measurements of the house or give me a lot of glossy brochures. But he sure knew his stuff. When I told him the problems with our current system he was able to tell us what was wrong and what we could expect when our new system was put in. His workers arrived on time, were very courteous and had the job done in one day. Excellent price, excellent service. Call Tal. You won't be disappointed.
