Description of Work: Randy, the owner, fixed our backed up sewer drain by initially "snaking" it and finding that the pipe was broken. He returned to replace the pipe and found that Verizon had actually blocked the pipe with their own wires when installing their service. Randy took pictures, contacted Verizon and had them come out and agree to pay for the entire job, which also involved digging up the street. We were actually out of town that day, and cannot thank Randy enough for all he did. He kept us updated on the job and Verizon's response, and followed up with us several times to make sure that everything was ok and that Verizon was taking care of their part (putting in atheir new permanent line and fixing the lawn). We recommend Randy and Available Plumbing very highly!

Description of Work: Fix kitchen disposal and drain

Description of Work: My water heater went out. I first called in a plumber from another service who charged me more than $100 but fixed nothing. He went on quoted me $1500 for a new one. I then found Rendy here. He is very professional, gave me informative and reasonable priced quote. He came in the next day install the Braderwhite water heater. Since the original quoted size is out of stock, he upgrade me to a higher size for free. He even help me solve a faucet cartridge replacement issue for free afterward. Yes, he only spent a few minutes. But, without him, I would probably have to get another plumber. (The first plumber quoted me $60 to do the same here, after I failed to do his first job!) Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Randy came out to replace part of the sewer line in my basement. He was clean and efficient. Randy and his partner arrived when he said they would and left a few hours before he initially said. The price was lower than other estimates. I would use Randy again and will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Description of Work: The plumber cleared a clogged drain and replaced a pump in the toilet. He was very knowledgeable and he advised me about some other plumbing issues.
