He showed up on time and gave us a price that was good. When he encountered the main stack crumbling unexpectedly as he was removing a seriously clogged pipe, the price went up $200, but that seemed totally fair and reasonable . It was a big surprise to all of us and we were grateful he could fix it the same day fast. In the future it would be nice to have a paper receipt with the stuff written down. I was not home when the job was done, and if I had been I would have asked for these things. He did a fine job cleaning up too. My husband was home and he was very pleased indeed. He is pretty picky about contractors and the job went very well. We will use Randy again.

Very well. Randy Aiken came out the day we reported the warter leak at the curb. We agreed on a contract within a week or so. He worked on getting the city permits. He and his crew did the entire job which was huge in two days. We highly recommend Available Plumbing.

They were real nice about it, they came out on short notice and did something that no body else was willing to do for a reasonable price. People wanted to charge me $400.00 to run a short gas line, which I thought was just obscene, but they did it for $175.00. I was very happy. They were really nice, did a job that no one else wanted to do, and they did it at a reasonable price. It took them an hour. It was quick. They worker was nice.

Randy arrived on time and did an awesome job. When he left I couldn't tell he had been there! They clean as well as they work. Extremely happy and will continue to use Available Plbg. In the future!!!

Early on, Available Plumbing was very responsive and reasonably priced. Now have noticed that he is much busier, and price charged is quite high for the time spent. Also there is a very high mark up on parts. Customer is charged a lot more than cost of part. Recently, a necessary part was never ordered. When snaking a drain, dirt was left on countertop. A toilet repair did not work--toilet problem (running) is persistent. If using this service provider, ask for cost up front and make sure that replacement parts are ordered. We contacted the provider to communicate our dissatisfaction with the toilet still not fixed despite paying for service visit and high price for parts , and his response was that we should find another plumber.

They responded promptly to my call, came on time for the appointment and were professional. My only area of dissatisfaction was what they charged me. They were in and out of my house in less than 25 minutes and performed very basic services, and yet charged $250.00 I was shocked when I got the bill. However, I own that I should have asked what they charged before making the appointment.

did a good job. The first sink required him to cut out the old pipe and install new ones. So took a little longer but now works fine with no leaks. Very responsive and made recommendations on how I can save money on future items and repairs.

Randy did a great job, as always. I would use no other plumber. He is the BEST. I have been using him for several years now, and when my husband and I move, I will call on him when we have plumbing issues in our new house.

We had a radiator steam pipe with a leak. Randy was responsive, professional, very good at communication status of the work and preformed a quality repair. We were very happy Randy and would absolutely call him for future jobs.

Randy responded to my call promptly and I got on the schedule in a timely manner. The workmanship looks professional and we're very happy that we called Available Plumbing. We will surely use this plumber in the future.

They were fairly prompt in getting things done. I don't recall having any problems with what they had done. It's pretty difficult for me to call them out but I would use them again. Their work turned out okay. They were fine.

Another plumber could not find the leak after 2 call-back. Randy found the source in less than 10 minutes and proceeded to fix it immediately. The boiler used to leak substantially everyday but has not leaked since. I should add that Randy showed up in the late afternoon on a Friday just a few hours hours after I called him.

They were great, prompt, didn't try to sell me, very nice, fixed what needed to be fix. I am very glad they were recommended to me. 12/19/14 I just got the bill for this service. They charged me $125 to tighten a screw to stop the leak. I think this was exuberant amount of money to charge for 5 minutes of work.

The Saturday preceding the work, my wife had noticed our finished basement floors were wet. Upon further inspection we found that the 4'' cast-iron drain line was leaking behind a finished wall. I called Available Plumbing Sunday morning and although they said they had other jobs/commitments that day, they were able to make it out to at least assess the situation. Since my wife and I were unable to use any water in house, so we told Available Plumbing we needed the work done ASAP. They said they'd have to reschedule their appointments for Monday but it should work out. On Monday they showed up and worked most of the day fixing the drain line and then testing each user in the system to make sure there were no issues. Great experience, no issues. Hopefully we never have emergency work like this again but I would definitely use Available Plumbing again.

Mr. Aiken set a date and arrived at the planned time. The job was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. This new exceptional bathroom will definitely make our house more valuable. We were very fortunate to have Mr. Aiken do this work. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the new bathroom!!!!!

Mr. Aiken arrived at the house early in the morning as he had planned, He removed the cast iron pipe. Then he neatly replaced it with plastic pipe. The new pipe was well supported. The work was very professional and he cleaned the floor afterward. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. Mr. Aiken hired someone to carry away the old defective drain pipe the same day.. Overall, we are extremely happy with the job Mr. Aiken did.

Did not try to do the job that should only be done by Plumbers who specialize in Sprinklers Would trust to do an honest assessment.

The work went very well and we will be calling him back to do more work on our powder room on the first floor as soon as the fixtures we ordered arrive.

Randy showed up right on time. He looked at the issue and explained to me what most likely happened to cause this problem. He made suggestions how to avoid this in the future. He told me what he was going to do to fix the problem. Randy fixed the problem quickly and did not make any mess at all, although, when he has in the past, he cleans better than my cleaning service! Randy explained what and how he would add the hose out back and gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost.

Jim is an honest guy, checked out what I thought was a problem (smelly unused toilet), explained the probable cause and told me how to avoid the problem in the future. He didn't try to do any unnecessary work and didn't even charge me for his time.
