Randy has been taking care of our plumbing problems for 10 years now. We are always satisfied with his work and highly recommend him. Here's an example of why he's our plumber: When he came to repair the two leaking valves, I asked him the replace a faucet in the powder room with one that I had purchased for another area and didn't use. No problem, except there were some critical parts missing from the box. After unsuccessfully searching his truck for parts he could use, he just fabricated the parts on the job. A true mechanic. btw, the $0.00 shown is because I haven't received a bill yet.

I have used Randy's services multiple times over the years. I have always found him to be extremely professional Randy has always done high quality work for me, arriving punctually as scheduled. In addition, Annamaria is always responsive with a quick return call.

It went well. They were responsive. They were very quick.

The plumber arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently with no issues to report. I would use them again in the future

A phone call was placed to this provider to check water heater, fix leaking faucet in master bath and diagnose/fix shower in hall bath which only had hot water coming out of shower and tub faucets.Initially appointment was for July 21st but technican called on Wednesday morning to say he had cancellations and could he come over. I said yes, since I was home that day as well.He looked at water heater and said it was fine; no need to drain sediment out of bottom; that would be more trouble and it was worth. So we went upstairs to look at the leaking sink. He looked underneath and ran water, etc. According to him only a nut was needed to fix that; which he did. (This sink does not appear to leak anymore so far). He asked where shut off valve was. I said it was downstairs, since there is no basement. I went down to shut it off per his request. Next was the shower/tub faucet. He opened trap in the closet of adjacent bedroom; showed me the hole where the drywall was and said it was already like that. He then went back into the bathroom itself and removed shower plate and handle; took out cartridge and looked inside where the cartridge had been with a flashlight and decided that the valve(s) needed to be replaced. So he got his tool case and proceeded to make the hole in the bedroom larger. After doing so, he said he would have to cut another hole above the one he just made to install the new shut off valves. He claimed he did not have the necessary parts, etc. on his truck and that I could call the office for an estimate. He proceeded to put cartridge, etc. back together, but told me not to use it (how could I anyway with just HOT water) and reiterated that I should call the office at my convenience, since I already had one working shower. He was at my residence for 1 hour and charged me $95.00 for showing up and $55.00 for parts (one nut) and labor. I said I would contact the office later.

Here is an update to the second visit. On or around August 15th, I emailed Annamaria of Available Plumbing for an itemization of the bill. Due to illness, she responded on August 23rd and said her husband and the owner, Randy would call me to discuss the invoice and why it took two visits to complete the job. Randy gave the breakdown of the invoice and offered to refund the charge for the first visit; which he did today. He explained how he is short-handed at the moment because it is hard to find good plumbers and he is very busy since it is now himself and one other person. I appreciated Randy and Annamaria's honesty and integrity, so therefore, I am updating this report. (I called the office about ten days before this appointment and was told an estimate of $450.00 to replace shower/tub faucet, but nothing about any shut off valves.) Different technician (Ray) showed up on time. Told me he was here to replace cartridge in hall bath. I responded where is Emilio? Ray just said he was there to fix the problem. He asked where shut off valve was. I said downstairs. He made some joke like I should be a plumber since I already knew where it was. Once again we went upstairs and I showed him where the trap door to shower was in the adjacent bedroom. He just said okay and we went to bathroom; where again he proceeded to take off shower faucet and remove cartridge. I asked again what happened to Emilio and was told her no longer worked for the company since he was misdiagnosing problems and not finishing jobs, so other technicians had to come back (there had been complaints from other customers about this). It took him about 7-10 minutes to remove cartridge. He was pulling so hard I thought he would hurt himself or yank the pipe out of the enclosure. He then put grease on new cartridge and installed it, put the SAME faucet kit back on, and examined tub faucet which was loose. He went back down to his truck and came back with a brushed nickel tub faucet; he asked if I wanted him to install that; he didn't have a chrome available. I said fine; it looked better than the old one. He installed that and finished. He gave me an invoice for $226.00 without any breakdown and claimed he gave me a 10% discount. He was there for 55 minutes and replaced a cartridge and a tub faucet!!!

They were incredibly responsive and very punctual. They did the job on time and exactly as what I expected.

I am very pleased with Available Plumbing. The store where I purchased the dishwasher was suppose to install it but because of computer glitches had trouble scheduling. When they didn't show on the installation date I called Anna Maria at Available Plumbing because of their good reviews of Angie's List and their proximity to me. Anna Maria couldn't have been nicer and got back to me as promised several times with answers to questions I had. Since it wasn't an emergency we scheduled an install several days later which was fine. She called the night before to give me an idea time when to expect the service person the next day. On install day Emelio called to say he'd be here in 45minutes or so an came here in time as promised. He was very pleasant, answered questions without acting annoyed and cleaned up after himself. They also gave me the Angie's List discount. Based on this experience I would highly recommend them! Customer service was what it should be.

I called Available Plumbing based on their Angie's List reports, and I'm glad I did. Randy was able to schedule me the day after I called, and although I called for a minor repair (clogged bathtub drain) , he was professional, quick , and didn't make me feel like a dope for not being able to unclog it myself. He made quick work of the clog, gave me some advice about some other plumbing issues, and was on his way. I have a few more minor plumbing repairs to take care of currently, and will be calling Available to do the job.

We called Available based on both their Angie’s list resume and our previous experience with them. They are a fantastic company. They are honest, they show up when they say they will and the work they do is of the highest quality. What more can you ask for in a plumbing company? We highly recommend Available from the smallest to the largest plumbing jobs.

Everything went very well. They were very responsive, honest and straight forward about needed to be done.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The customer service was superb, very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

They were on time, priced as quoted, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and courteous, and did the job right. You can't ask for anything more. The $695 included new fixtures, all installations, and a fee for long distance traveling to my place (they are 45 minutes away).

This contractor returned phone calls and emails promptly. It was reassuring to be able to talk with a live, friendly person, Randy's wife, when questions arose and that went a long way to establish a professional company appearance. On the job, he worked methodically to locate the crack and remove the pipe without having to tear apart my kitchen. I had expressed concerns about the tiles in the back splash getting damaged and the grout not matching when the wall was opened and repaired. He found a way to install the new PVC pipe in sections without disturbing the tile back splash, which would have increased the cost of the project. He used drop cloths to keep the floors from getting dirty, shielded himself and the work area behind plastic to keep plaster dust from getting everywhere. He also vacuumed periodically, mopped the kitchen floor, and swept the front porch. Also, he came up with a solution for putting some insulating materials around the new PVC pipe to reduce plumbing noises in the kitchen. What I really liked about this company: He was able to do both the carpentry and plumbing work so I didn't have to deal with two contractors. This saved time, money, and aggravation. This is why I selected him -- in addition to the good reviews on Angie's List. Another plumber I had used before had a slightly lower estimate for the pipe replacement part, but I couldn't find a carpenter who could beat the rest of the price. He listened to my concerns and came up with workable solutions. He was neat. Prompt communication and follow-up from Annamaria via email and phone.

Overall experience was great! I called Available Plumbing on Friday after I realized our hot water heater was not heating water properly. I left a message and had a prompt return call where the receptionist collected information such as hot water heater manufacturer, make, serial number to determine if the appropriate parts were available. The serviceman promptly arrived Saturday morning and quickly replaced the elements and thermostats. I am a pleased and thankful customer!

They did a great job. We liked them. They were competitively priced. We had four quotes. The work they did was great. We had to reschedule once because somebody on their end got sick, but other than that they did a great job.

Contacted this company because of its rating in Angie's List. First called them Feb. 24th and then played phone tag till Mar. 2. Said I would be contacted by Feb 28 to set up appointment but had to call them back March 2 to find out what was going on. An appointment was set for 9:30am for them to come out and check my crawl space for a sump pump issue and give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. He showed up at 9:00am which I told him previously wouldn't work as my Mother was still sleeping in the room with the bathroom I wanted the estimate on. He agreed to wait in the drive till she got up. When he came in to look at the Sump pump he didn't even go into the crawl space he knelt at the door and only looked into the space. When I asked him a question about the existing sump pump he stepped into the space pointed at something and came back out. We discussed replacing the pump and he gave me a figure of $1,500.00. We then went upstairs to look at the bathroom and he asked a few questions, took a couple pictures with his cell phone and said he would write up an estimate and get it out to us. He never measured anything. He contacted me Mar. 8 and asked for my e-mail to send me the estimates for both items. The estimates I received were ridiculous. The sump pump estimate contained a lump sum of 1,500.00 for the supple and installation of the pump. No breakdown of the items to be used in this process, then I opened the Bathroom estimate and it was for a lump sum of $12,500.00 which excluded the purchase of fixtures, tile, grout and threshold, tile sealing, plumbing beyond the bathroom, and a window removal. This estimate is extremely high for the size of the space being remodeled and how can it be justified with only taking pictures with a cell phone and no measurements. Update 3/28 - In response to your reply, you do not need to worry about me as a customer as I would not recommend you to anyone and I would tell people to not even bother to call you. I was not complaining about you showing up early I was stating that I had already told you you would not be able to access the site till 9:30am and you still called before 9:00am. I was not rude or bossy it was frustration you heard as I had to call you so often to get an appointment and then when you showed up you didn't seem at all interested in my problem and the estimates had no detail. You did not go into the crawl space until I asked you a question about the Sump pump then you went in. Here is the description on the estimate for the sump pump: Supply and install (in crawlspace) new sump pump, sump pit, 1 1/2 PVC discharge line, excavation and concrete patching. With a lump sum price of 1500.00 You took no measurements for either estimate to justify the costs you are saying the job will be. I joined Angie's List so I would be able to trust the people I have work in my home but your estimate and attitude is not the type of contractor I want in my home.

appointment was a 12, plumber called before 12, said he would be little late, no problem, came 30 min. later, did great job, would recommend again. Gave estimate over phone of 350.00., bill came to 350.00.

I would recommend them and he is a good guy. He installed a toilet 3 months ago. He's just always on time and I don't have to wait around for him or anything.

I use Available for everything and they are great. Overall this job went great. They are always on time and always clean up after themselves. They always perform the work they say they will do and it is always done well. I have never had to have them come back. I use them all the time. I originally got them off Angie's List. They are literally available to you when you need them.

We called the Available Plumbing hoping for a fast service and we weren't disappointed. The guys came out that afternoon and had the job finished within two hours. Overall we're very satisfied with the work and clean up afterwords.

I love how easy it was to schedule service. Emailed through their website on Saturday, they returned a call on Monday and were able to schedule installation for that Wednesday, the day after toilets were to be delivered. They arrived at the time expected, quick, clean and professional installation. Even took care of disposing of the old toilets and packaging. Would definitely hire again for other plumbing work.

Ryan was quick to come look at the pipe and determine what the problem was, He was friendly and able to answer my questions about a few other things in our home.

They were everything I wanted - on time, professional, and the price was one of the best among all plumbers that I researched. I am definitely going to use them again.

We called their number in the morning and they scheduled the plumber to come in on the same date; they called about 15 min before they arrive and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in 10 minutes. (Bad cartridge); they were very patient in explaining to me what's going on and how to take care of it the next time. Also adjusted the drain stopper for us. Used the 10% angies list coupon and pretty much get back what I paid for the membership already. Will definitely use them again in the future.
