They came out on time, were professional, and courteous. I was really happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

We made an appointment to have it fixed; the plumber arrived on time, went right to work, and had the job done in about 25 minutes. He also found a leak we didn't know about, and replaced the flexible line to fix it. The job was done quickly and properly. We would certainly use him again.

Randy called at the earliest part of the two hour window that I had been given, to say that he was on his way. He arrived with a helper, and got right to work. I had purchased 2 new faucets to replace my old Delta faucets that had both been dripping (more like running) for some time now. I didn't want to spend a lot on the new faucets, since our hard water seems to cause problems in no time. Randy wasn't happy with the quality of the new faucets, and recommended that I just pay for 2 new repair kits and have him replace parts on the old, better-quality faucets. He even allowed me to watch, so I could do this myself next time. Impressive! He also repaired the bathtub stopper that was stuck half-way, so that I couldn't fill the bathtub, and it caused the water to drain slowly. It was a bigger job than he had expected, but he insisted on getting it repaired. Everything was cleaned up as they went, which is also appreciated. I also asked for advice on what to do with an odd-sized area that needs a new vanity to replace an ugly Formica counter and sink. Randy gave me some ideas, and said to call him when we are ready. After seeing how honest and fair Randy was with the work that he did today, we will definitely call him for that, and future plumbing needs.

Very nice to deal with a company that puts the customers first. We had a big family BBQ planned for last weekend. Our kitchen sink was would not drain at all and trust me we tried everything. We were expecting over 100 people, and if you can imagine the thought of having that many guest and not having a your kitchen operational. I called Available Pluming on 08/07 they showed up to my house the next day. Keep in mind I had never used them before but I will now. The arrived on time and took care of the problem and they were very professional. If you are looking for a plumber look no further.

Everything about the job from start to finish was a pleasure. I called and left a message and was promptly called back. I explained what I needed and Annamarie set up an appointment. Randy and his partner arrived and were friendly and courteous. They performed the job thoroughly and explained exactly what was done. I would definitely use them again if I have a plumbing need.

Reliable, good communication and cleanp

I didn't have a plumbing emergency so I left a voice message with Available Plumbing and received a call back within 24 hours. I didn't know what the issue was other than the constant ringing I heard in the basement from behind the wall right above the water meter. I explained the issue and was given a preliminary diagnosis that the problem was most likely due to a malfunctioning pressure-reducing value. Bob said he'd bring a replacement valve when he came out to inspect the problem. That way if that indeed was the culprit he could resolve the problem right then and there without having to come back for a 2nd visit saving us both time. Bob arrived on time, was completely professional, and friendly. He explained what he was doing as he worked and answered all of my questions without making me feel "dumb" for asking them. The entire process went smooth from communicating with the office, scheduling an appointment, problem diagnosis and resolution, and billing. I will definitely use Available Plumbing in the future! Thank you SO much for a job well done!

It went well. The original plumbing was not to code and the person who installed it when the house was built ended up hacking into the joists of my house. I was very angry when I found it (a year after I bought the house) after the wall needed to be torn down to fix a leak. Available Plumbing came and gave me an estimate. They stuck to that estimate. The only reason it cost more was because of a pipe under my sink in one of the bathrooms was rusted through and needed to be replaced as well. It is understandable since it was not part of the original quote. They were at my house for 8 hours (it was a lot of work that I needed done). They were very clean and professional. The master plumber told me exactly what he was doing and what the issues were with the plumbing. He pointed out that when they installed the cabinets in the kitchen (on the other side of the wall where the pipe was) they actually put nails through the pipes to secure the cabinets to the wall (an accident but still!!) The master plumber was quite personable and did the job well. He repaired the joists, assisted with the wiring (he knew electrical as well), and did a great job replacing the copper pipes with PVC pipes. I was very happy with his work.

They set the appoinment time for 8AM and since I never used them before when it got to 8:25 I called to see if they were on their way. Sure enough, 5 minutes later they were there. Other than my little insecurity, they were perfect! Beautiful job.

Did not do more than necessay, actually saved me money-nice work, and I would use again.

Excellent job. It took a while, but that's not surprising since it was a renovation down to the wall studs and floor joists. We have no complaints about the work and are very, very pleased with the results. Randy, Annamaria, and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly, and very competent.

My toilet was making a dripping and hissing sound in the tank. They were very accomodating and said they would come out quickly if it was an emergency. Randy did the work and came back to do a minor adjustment on the flush handle assembly to make sure the flapper fit well. His wife, who runs the office, is very personable and helpful in setting up the appointments.

He did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional and completed the job in a neat, clean fashion. I'm very satisfied with the end product and will definitely have Available Plumbing come back to do additional work.

AMAZING! The amount of work he was able to accomplish in the short period of time was no less than astounding. The quality of the work is superb and he left every area where he worked cleaner than it was when he got there!

I already have a list of items I will definitely be calling Available Plumbing to do for me.

They came on time, were pleasant and professional (but not stuffy) and even though the work was going to be much more difficult than they expected they said they would stand by their estimate. (I offered to pay them more.) They worked hard and quickly and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their phone staff was friendly and responsive. All in all - nice people, great work and extremely reasonable prices.

They were really good. They came out within a week. The guy was very thorough with my husband. He was very professional. My husband was very pleased. I would use them in the future.

Available Plumbing came out to look at it promptly, but it took a couple weeks to get an estimate, only after calling and asking for it several times. The estimate, when it finally was provided, was missing several items we discussed at the original appointment. We did not use them for this job.

I have had a wet basement wall for years. It was starting to be a real problem, endangering the electric box and possibly growing black mold. I have had numerous "waterpoofing experts" come out and look at it. Nobody seemed to have a good answer to the problem, and all wanted to spend many thousands digging up big parts of the basement, with no guarantee that it would be fixed. I finally contacted Available, who were referred by a landscape contractor I know. They came out and we discussed a possible diagnosis. I had thought for a while that the problem might be in the wall where the sump pump exited the foundation, as the water created a somewhat symmetrical pattern on the wall on either side of the sump pump pipe. Available actually gave some credence to my observation (!) and suggested we do a dye test. The idea was that if there was a break in the sump pump line near or in the wall the dye would come through the wall. We did the test and within a few hours there was dye coming through the wall. Once we had a confirmation of the problem they scheduled to come out and dig out the exit line and see what was going on in the wall. I also asked that they install a battery backup sump pump since we have had a few power outages in this area (I purchased the pump with their guidance). They were prompt, efficient and explained to me that the entire exit line for the sump pump was composed of a wrong material and also had wrongly been jammed together with the interior PVC pipe, instead of joined with the requisite coupling. I was sooooo happy when it became clear a few weeks later that the wall was actually drying out and the problem had been solved. Not only did they solve a big water problem for me, but when asked they also hauled some 4 boxes of very heavy tile I had purchased for a bathroom renovation out to my car to return to the store! Going well above and beyond the call of duty I would say. I told Available "You are my regular plumbers now." And I meant it.

It was a very good experience. I would recommend them to my friends.
