Description of Work: Very, very responsive to what should have been an easy heater certification for township inspection. Randy was very detailed in his work. Due to problems from a previous installer, and the possibility of losing a sale of the house, Randy really worked hard to get the repairs done as soon as possible. Laura in the office is very polite and they have several means of communications between office phone, email, and cell. I'm grateful for their quick and thorough work.

Description of Work: This would be the third time I've called Available Plumbing. Overall they've been professional. The first time I called the guy said there was nothing wrong and didn't charge me. This time the guy basically said he didn't need to snake the main drain but since the basement toilet had backed up (the water company was flushing) I decided I wanted him to do it anyway. 20 minutes later he confirmed that there was no clogs in the line. A little pricy though. My major complaint was they do say 24/7 on their website and Angie's List listing and I called at 7 and then 8'oclock on Sunday night and they didn't return the call till Monday morning.

Description of Work: Unclogged bathroom sink drain and returned for another visit to replace a piece of pipe that was old and failing. Work was done by the owner himself. I was pleased with the results and professionalism.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaky pipe. Fixed the obvious leak, but turned out there was a remaining problem. They were extremely responsive - came same day when everyone else was quoting 4 days due to weather. When issue continued, they came right back next day as well. I think the 2 visits caused extra expense, although they said they discounted the 2nd trip. They were very polite and very responsive.

Description of Work: Called Randy and he arrived 30 minutes earlier than the appointed time. I showed him where the leak is coming from the bathroom and he made an assessment. I told him that there was an earlier plumber who was suppose to correct the problem. He showed me the areas where it should have been corrected, showed me the parts that should have been replaced. He is a clean and organized in his job, I will recommend him to others for any l plumbing work.

Description of Work: They repaired a Grohe shower that had leaked for several years. They researched and found that it was still covered under warranty. It was a complete rebuild and the parts were free.

Description of Work: I had trouble flushing the toilet and Available Plumbing fixed it. I also had trouble with a new sink that was leaking and he also fixed that too.

Description of Work: Successfully opened a drain that, a year ealier, another firm failed to clear, and the drain has remained open since (4 months as of this report).

Description of Work: Rusted water supply line sprung a leak in the basement. Needed the line replaced with copper. Also replaced shut off valve on toilet fed from that line.

Description of Work: Randy ran new PEX hot and cold water lines to my kitchen sink to replace a leaky line. The old lines were in the wall behind all of my cabinets and I thought we would need to tear my kitchen apart to replace them. Randy suggested running new lines inside the cabinets along the back wall. They did an excellent job and were very detail oriented. They worked quickly and cleaned up well when it was done. Randy even replaced the drain plumbing under the sink because the original plumber had not done it correctly. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Checked for low water pressure. Found half closed valve. Did a general check afterwards and provided good information.

Description of Work: I had a backed up kitchen sink. I had tried drain cleaners and pushed a snake twelve feet thru the drain pipe with no success. After exhausting my abilities I called Available Plumbing late in the afternoon and they were able to be at my house early the next morning. Randy ran his longer and powered snake thru the line, clearing the drain and then he proceeded to run another, larger, powered snake thru a cleanout for the entire length of the drain and now it flows perfectly.
