Description of Work: I called Dent's to evaluate a leaking air conditioning system. The repairman arrived in a timely fashion evaluated the system and indicated a new drip pan was needed but was not sure they could provide the part. He indicated that another person would need to come to look at it to determine that which was fine. He then went on to comment that he had to charge us more for the service call because we were not existing customers..... We never heard back from the second person despite multiple phone calls to this service provider. Each time, the somewhat rude woman that answered the phone acted confused stating we indicated that we did not want it repaired..... I would not recommend this provider to someone I didn't like.

Description of Work: They moved an oil line and I had them come out a few days later because the furnace was not working. Unrelated to what they did a few days prior, but the response was quick.
