+ -1 moreHad a leaky shower and called very late Friday and they came Monday morning 8 AM. The service people were terrific. Very friendly and were very organized. Did a great job quickly. Took much less time than I thought - especially since it was very cramped working quarters. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Dent took out old sink attached to wall and installed a new small vanity and sink in its place. They also had to take out the old water lines running to the sink and replace them with new water lines. The plumbers were effecient and professional, even taking out an old water filter that was not working in the process. We have always had great service from Dent and always go to them first for any plumbing needs in our place.

Description of Work: They were very helpful. We were all ready to have Geothermal installed when we found out the the 'Energy Credit' is a non-refundable credit. WE were counting on this credit to help pay back the loan we were taking out. Since we are senior citizens, and not in a high tax bracket, it was not feasible for us to have it installed.

+ -1 moreI sent them a deposit for a new furnace and it was cashed 2 weeks ago. Since then I have called them 2-3 times asking when the furnace will be installed. Each time I call the less-than-friendly office person said that the furnace was probably ordered but the guy who takes care of this type of job is out of the office briefly and will call me back. I am still waiting for that callback...I now just want my money back and will go elsewhere for our new furnace.

+ -1 moreWe'd had another plumber out several times over the preceding 1 1/2 weeks to fix a leak and drip and ended up with a new drip and leak. The plumber from Dent was out the day after we called (called late the day before), on time and done in under an hour with new mess or problems.

Used a large industrial vacume with a HEPA filter . worked all day and cleaned up after themselves. I was Very Pleased with the job
