I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. We have three full time employees and we use 2-3 subcontractors from time to time (for roofing and basement waterproofing). None of these subcontractors however are handed off the job. They work in conjunction side by side with Lake Effect owner/operators. We have many payment options including PayPal and accept all major credit cards. We normally would like 50% down a day or two before we start or the day of and the other 505 upon completion. We are running an indoor work promo for any work scheduled inside before 12-31-15. That is a 10% off offer. We also have discounts for senior citizens and veterans (7%). Only one discount can be applied per job.
