I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "It never went. I scheduled three separate times. Each time they cancelled and rescheduled at the last moment. The excuse was there was no one available. Did they not know this the day before the cleaning was to happen? They did not consult me when they rescheduled even though I explained again and again that I had many appointments and would have to schedule around those appointments. I have been billed for the first cleaning and for the service. I was informed that I would get the money back for the service. However, the first, the second, and the third cleaning never happened and there has been no mention of returning my payment for the first cleaning. Very unreliable and totally unprofessional!"
