Description of Work: We asked for a house call because our A/C was not working. The tech told us that we needed a new unit and that as old as our heating unit was also, we should purchase a new heating unit in addition. We got 2 additional estimates on the AC and also were told that our heating unit was in great shape.

Description of Work: Removed old oil furnace and installed brand new gas boiler. I sent an inquiry for an estimate, received a phone call the next day to schedule an appointment, Frankie came to the house, very professional & pleasant, he explained the whole process thoroughly, he answered all my questions, the job took 2 days to complete, the crew were also very professional and punctual and when they finish everything was nice and clean, looking forward to keep in touch for future projects! Overall, I'm very satisfied with this company.

Description of Work: Hello. I am trying to buy a service and after 20 minutes of being put on hold time and time again the person disconnected me. She had my number and she did not call me back. When I then called your company back a man answered and he had no idea who that was of who else answers phones. The first person left no notes so he expected me to start all over. I would like some HVAC maintenance commercial and residential :( Your call center is really bad. I called at 730 pm FYI.

Description of Work: Company was courteous and told me the boiler was already covered under a warranty with UGI so the service call was covered along with the repairs under the warranty. Thus, coupon couldn't be used. They advised me to seek a refund since the voucher was useless to me.

Description of Work: i contacted the company to have the work done and when i spoke to the representative they stated that they do not service oil furnaces and that the 56 dollar deal was not for an oil furnace! i have no choice but to get the money back i am not happy with there service it did not state excludes oil furnaces

+ -1 moreBecause I had a service contract with them they were quick in responsiveness but I was disappointed to learn that my service contract only gave me a $25 discount and that the water heater that they gave me is highly rated but they did not present me with any options to choose between. They kind of said here is what you are getting. I think it would have been cheaper to not use the company I had the warranty with and purchase and then have someone else install it. The only advantage to using this company was that it got done on the same day.
Description of Work: I used Ugi HVAC to replace my water heater.
