I've had them clean house for the past few months and I anticipate that I'll keep having them come back indefinitely. The price is right for the service they provide. Other companies that I got quotes from offered more thorough cleaning services, like polishing silver and moving furniture when they vacuum, but their prices were much higher too. I've got 2 young kids, so my house always looks like a tornado just ripped through it. I don't need someone to polish my antiques, I just need the basics done quickly and professionally for a fair price. That's exactly what Super Green Cleaning offers.

I am very pleased with the service that Super Green Cleaning LLC provided. As soon as the representatives came in the door, one of them asked what I expected and what was most important to me. I told them and then got out of the way and let them do their thing. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

It went very well. They were very thorough. Very nice and professional. Would recommend them to anyone. They were on time and explained everything they did.

They arrived later than expected but had some trouble finding my home. They did a very nice job but were unable to complete several tasks within this time frame. Overall they did an excellent job on their first time in my home. They were pleasant, professional and worked steadily. The owner explained that they would complete several additional tasks when routinely doing this type of service such as floorboards, fan blades, etc. They brought the own products and the house was clean. I appreciated their initial efforts.

They cleaned kitchen, living room,2 baths, and 2 bedrooms. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled fresh rather than the overpowering smell of pine. I've used a number of cleaning services in the past. This was by far the best.

My wife liked that they didn't use any harsh chemicals and only soap and water. They are very through and we are pleased with the job they do.

Hired Super Green Cleaning to do a thorough 1x per month cleaning that I could count on to outdo my supplemental cleaning. The point is that I needed someone to help me not just maintain the house but really scrub the whole thing all at once (I do areas as I have time between work, kids, etc). I was impressed by the fact that they use only environmentally friendly products and a HEPA vacuum. I was also impressed by the list of items that I was told would be included in every cleaning - items I consider "extras" (above and beyond what house cleaning services I've used in the past have included). These "extras" included: - baseboard cleaning - ceiling fan dusting - window treatment dusting - vacuuming and wiping vents With the aforementioned in mind, I justified the price I was quoted: $275 for the first cleaning and $175 for subsequent once-monthly cleaning. The owner of the company came out to prepare a quote and she has also been present at every cleaning. She is a matter-of-fact kind of person but professional. The first cleaning was outstanding! However, after that there were major items that were either missed or very poorly addressed. For example, the 2nd cleaning they either missed the master shower or hastily wiped it. I addressed this with the owner and it was rectified there after. However, the kitchen sink was not cleaned the last 3 times they've come out. We have an off-white ceramic sink so you can really tell when it needs to be cleaned. 2/3 times there weren't any dishes present. The last time, there was a very small amount of dishes (which they did not clean). I've also consistently noticed main surfaces that were missed (or quick-wiped) and areas that were not vacuumed. Additionally, the "extras" mentioned above were never done (with the exception of 1 very easily accessible ceiling fan which was only quick-wiped after asking the owner why these things weren't being done - this was the only ceiling fan of 5 in the house touched that day). Super Green has come to our 2300 sq. ft. townhome 5 times. Overall, I think the Super Green crew comes in and speeds through their work. 2 people spend about 1hr 40min cleaning. I would be happy with their work if I was paying closer to $100 (~$30/man hour instead of the $50 I'm paying). They seem very busy, which I'm always glad to see of independent businesses. However, between the consistently missed basics plus the "extras" that were not once completed, I do not plan on continuing with them.

First of all they worked as a team, and so we're done in two hours. They brought their own supplies and set to work immediately. I didn't hear a sound for two hours! When I went downstairs once to let the dog out, there was Nizia on a stepladder cleaning an old sampler that hangs in our kitchen. They did a great job on my greasy fan hood etc. In the back room furniture was moved and cleaned under, and they were careful around woodwork.

I used this service for about 3 months for routine bi-weekly cleaning. They did a good job at first, but as time went by I noticed that more things were getting missed and they always seemed to be rushing. Then things started to get damaged and that's when I began to think about ending our relationship. On their last clean a memento from my now deceased mother in law was dropped while being dusted and chipped.(I saw this happen but it was not reported to me) Also there were marks on the kitchen wall from the vacuum cleaner hose, clean pillowcases were put on over the dirty ones while changing the bed, and some areas of cleaning were missed totally, such as behind the powder room door. It just became not worth the money to have them continue. All of the ladies were friendly, but some didn't seem to understand English.

We are very happy with their cleaning. House looks and smells nice after they leave. They continue to clean every other week now. We will have them later in May and early June on a weekly basis again because of having nail pops fixed and painting. Depending on what we needed the price varies from $75.00 to $90.00 per hour. Note two or three staff members are working during the period of one hour) The same staff members come each time so they know what to do so there isn't a need for explain/showing what we want done.

It worked out very nicely. It's a very good company. I've used them again since the big deal purchase. The lady, who owns the company, is very nice. She does a real good job. She's very punctual, on time, and professional. I've even recommended her to a friend.

I contacted Super Green Cleaning since I was looking for an environmentally friendly service and also because I had been disappointed with other housecleaning services. Nizia came to my home and gave me an estimate for a total house cleaning for $140. This was for 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room. It was a little higher than I would have liked but was desperate since I was expecting guests and could not get the cleaning done on my home due to work demands. I agreed to the price and she was able to schedule the cleaning for a time convenient to me. I later went on to Angie's List and found a coupon for $89 for 3 hours of cleaning (one person). I called Nizia back and asked if they would honor that coupon for my cleaning job. She explained that she wasn't sure if they could accomplish everything I had requested in 3 hours. I told them I would leave a list of priorities and I wasn't really expecting much. When I returned home I was pleasantly surprised that my home was spotless. My bathrooms were the cleanest they've ever been. Plus, the strong odor from cleaning fluids did not overwhelm me when I steped into the house. I would highly recommend them.

It was fine. The did not spend for more than i purchased. They were not great with communication in advance so i had to reschedule the appointment. It was a little bit difficult but otherwise they were fine.

I had a artificial plant in bathroom which wasn't dusted and my wall hanger in same bathroom that had 2 candles sitting on it was never dusted or cleaned. Considered I had everything moved out in the bathrooms I wasn't very pleased with a few items. And also the bleach smell was so intensed that the girls were coughing and I had to run my ceiling fans and open the doors to air out the bleach smell. I also have asthma so that wasn't good for me or the girls. I'm glad I tried them anyway.

They were supposedly to clean the whole house based on the advertising. The owner called and wanted to come early that day. I agreed to let her come earlier, which cut into my schedule. Even with all that she was still late. She came with two other people and immediately told me I was to get an hour & 20 mins. They stayed approximately an hour and 5 minutes. One girl stayed in the bathroom the whole time and the other two did two rooms, which was not all the rooms. I told her I would take care of that room. The kitchen floor still had dirty marks on it. My stainless steel refrigerator ended up w/a scratch on it after they left that was not there EVER prior to their arrival. That refrigerator is 2 1/2 yrs old and did not have that scratch because I clean it myself. They spoke a lot of Spanish to one another in my presence, which I thought was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in my presence, without explaining the need to do so, to me, in my home. Thing is, I know some Spanish and she was saying something to the others that I kept talking about 4 hours, which is what my understanding was. She also told me prior, when we tried to set up the appointment that she was going to just bring another person besides herself and it would be two hours, which I thought was different than what I thought I was paying for. I would never use this service again.

I tried to get Nizia back but she was snowed in the day she was supposed to come so I am corresponding with her now, trying to find out when she can make the next appointment. Usually, it is $145 but for the first cleaning, I paid her $250. I paid her an extra little, like about $25 for the basement this time. She is really great. I had one thing broke and I told her about it because I knew that the girl knew because of the way she brought it up, she broke the bottom of it and she couldn’t stand it right. So she knew but nobody ever mentioned it until I set it up right. It was one of those skinny water containers and it started leaking all over the place so I told her about it and she immediately replaced it exactly. She is very honest and she is excellent but they are not cheap. However, they bring their own stuff and they usually have two or three people so it doesn’t take them very long. They are quick, very efficient and honest. I plan to use them again although I have to plan to have her come out at least a week in advance; it is never the same day or next day.

Prompt and reliable serice. Thorough cleaning of 2 story house (4 BR)and finished basement. Mostly using cleaning products that are safe for pets and the environment.

they did a great job. I like to come home and see results, or a difference from when I left. I was definitely happy with their work.

I used them once and it was okay, not great. There were three people who came, but they worked for a pretty short period of time, I think it was a little less than one hour. The work turned out good, but not great. My interaction with the provider was good. I did not see much difference in the house after they worked., but the house was already clean.

I've been using Nizia and her team for the past three months and I'm quite happy. They never take more than an hour and I've yet to see anything I consider "missed." Sometimes email response is a little long but I get the impression it's just Nizia managing contact and schedule, so it's understandable.
