Two women that came out and they were friendly, they were polite and professional. When they clean I am in the office. One of them was dusting my blinds standing on my bed with her sneakers on and no protection. There was a wet rug left on my wooden speaker. There was once my lampshade was damaged. I think they are very expensive. There were certain times that I asked them to do something and were just skipped, the top of the refrigerator was skipped numerous times.

The team was great. They did an excellent job and will be regulars at our house.

I liked how all the wood floors were wiped with a microfibre cloth, but I have to say. There were only two girls for the fee of $85 an hour. I told them I only wanted 4 hours at that price. I did not follow them around, but one girl was on the phone A LOT. they also came at 1 pm after a 9 a.m. promise. so the ladies were tired and didn't ;have lunch. I found things even before they left that weren't done. the blinds in the first floor. bedroom were not done. how is this a deep cleaning?? Several glass surfaces were not done. the bathrooms looked great but for the deep cleaning price I could have gotten a better deal. sorry

I hired them in 2016 because my mobility is limited, need help with basic chores, especially changing bedding and running vacuum cleaner. Owner is very responsive and able to schedule around my medical appointments. Two women show up promptly, sometimes early, bring all their own supplies, and use green unscented fluids, important since I'm allergic to VOC's. Leader is really good and she translates for her assistant, who speaks & understands very little English. They are here for 90 minutes, fee is $127.50.

This is the first time we've ever hired someone to clean our home, and we were a little nervous about it, especially since we weren't able to be there to meet the cleaners in person. Our neighbor was able to greet them and let them in. When we returned from work, our home was sparkling clean from top to bottom. They took exactly as long as they said they would (our neighbor noted start and end time), and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. We will be using this company on a regular basis. For the initial clean, for a 2-person team for 3 hours, the cost was $285. For weekly service we were quoted $120 and biweekly $130 (I think?). The quality is worth the cost, and the fact that they are eco-conscious with their cleaning products is a wonderful bonus!

Initially there was confusion with scheduling and I had taken time off from work to be home for the first cleaning. Without telling me no one showed up. When I called, the owner was very apologetic and eager to reschedule at my convenience. When the cleaning team did finally arrive, on another day, they were late but called and made me aware. Once they started cleaning they were very detail minded and did a very good job.

We weren't at home so I can't advise on punctuality, but the house looked good when we got home. Communication was very good and very quick by email and phone.

The women were delayed in arriving, but Nizia did call to let us know they'd be late. We were very pleased with the work done. The women were thorough and attentive to details. They did an especially nice job on the floors.

Thorough. Friendly, Punctual. Flexible. Well worth it. They got right to it, tackled a big job and did it well.

The cleaning was not thorugh. The outside of our kitchen cabinets were not wiped down as promised. Bathrooms received a light cleaning, but there was dust on vanity lights and grout that was not cleaned as promised. I spoke to Nizia who offered to come back and address issues, but there was not time before our open house. The job should be done properly the first time. Alternatively, these deficiencies should have be identified by the owner or a supervisor that verifies job done correctly before the cleaners leave.

They performed a first time whole house cleaning with a team of three cleaners in about 3 hours; this was for a townhouse of 1600 square feet - 2.5 baths. Wood floors now look shiny again, and carpet looks clean as it can based on a vacuum service. Additionally, they cleaned my desks and organized things neatly as they went from room to room. Kitchen counter tops were left shiny. Overall a very good job and good value for the money as well.

They were quite good. They were very good. Maybe a little pricey, but they were good. There were two workers. The work might have been three hours, or two and a half hours. It was a lot of cleaning to be done.

They got a lot done in the time allotted.

This overall experience went well, the ladies showed up on time and we're ready to work. The job took longer because of the amount of work that was needed, but everything got done accordingly. Would definitely hire again..............Great job ladies.

I've had them back and I'll keep using them. They've been doing an excellent job so far. This was the second time I used them and I will definitely continue. They even showed up early which is always nice for me.
