I had to ask them to come back to clean some things that weren't done. They did come and complete the work.

Nizea went out of her way to make it happen. She and an assistant were willing to stay as long as it took to get the job done and left at about 8:00 at night. She was accommodating, professional, polite and did a fantastic job. Thank you Nizea!

Super Green Cleaning went out of its way to accommodate our tight move-in schedule over the 2015 holiday period. Nizia and Joanne arrived timely ready to clean with their cleaning supplies, a huge bonus considering two other cleaning companies told me that we would need to provide all cleaning supplies. They expertly wiped and washed down all surfaces--baseboards, floors, cabinets, shelves, light fixtures - cleaned the bathrooms, window sills, refrigerators, and mopped all of the floors. Our house was filled with dust and they removed it all. Both were extremely courteous, professional and our house was spanking clean and ready to move in after their hard work. The price was very reasonable. We cannot thank Super Green Cleaning enough and will definitely hire Nizia and Joanne again!

Service was great! They were very responsive and did a very detailed cleaning. Went over the work and any areas of opportunity.

They were extremely professional & courteous. they called to inform me they were running a few minutes behind. Everything was cleaned extremely well. they went into all the cabinets, closets, etc and really did great job. I was able to have a clean home to move into. Wonderful. I may look to use them on a regular basis going forward.

Dealing with Nizia was great. She was responsive on the phone and extremely flexible and understanding with respect to scheduling the date of the clean up. She and an assistant arrived on time with all of the things they needed to thoroughly clean my apartment. I neglected to point out my upholstered dining chairs which were completely covered in dust from the renovation. I was thrilled to see that Nizia vacuumed every inch of every chair and they looked brand new when she was done. I would definitely recommend her services

Two workers for 2 hours, cleaned kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room & dining room. They did a decent job, but I would not consider it to be deepc leaning.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service that Nizia & Nicole provided. They arrived and got right down to it and did not stop until it was completed. The house needed a serious cleaning due to construction and they did a phenomenal job!!! They dusted, cleaned and wiped down absolutely everything and I honestly couldn't be happier. They both were very professional, polite and friendly. I will be having them back on a regular basis for sure and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Basically the cleaning is fine. I found the scheduling to be difficult. I would receive an email the night before they were to come with a time. I did ask for more than a nights notice as I had my own schedule to consider. She did agree to this. I received an email with date and time for next visit and adjusted my schedule accordingly. The cleaners showed up 45 minutes early and I was not home. Ninzia emailed me asking where I was. The cleaners were not there when I arrived home, 15 minutes before the time she had to me they would be there. No one called to reschedule or apologize for the error. I had rearranged my entire day and schedule to accommodate her time and lost 1/2 days work as a result. I emailed her and told her that I would no longer need her service. If you plan on using this service I strongly suggest you set a date and time for service on a regular basis.

Excellent, professional service. Nizia and her partner worked efficiently within the time allotted. The bathrooms were spotless and the level of attention to cleaning in kitchen and other living spaces were commendable. Very satisfied with the outcome, and would highly recommend their professional services.

Showed up on time, brought their own supplies, went right to work. 1 hour later the mgr came to review the work and help out. bottom line: as they left they said , "your spiders will be very upset!" . Yeh, but we were thrilled with the results, Sorry spiders.

Our house isn't huge but it took about 6 hours to clean as we had a massive dust build up from having the floors done. The crew was very thorough and the house was spotless when they were done. Took longer than expected so I ended spending more than I would've liked but in the end we got a clean house which is what we wanted.

went very well.....they arrived on time and brought what they needed. I only provided paper towels. both women worked diligently and efficiently. House looked beautiful when they were done. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Due to life circumstances including part time living elsewhere and a recent injury I skipped my normal spring cleaning and hadn't kept up my house in months. They came in and in four hours did an efficient and thorough deep cleaning and gave me my house back! I will be using them again soon.

They came in on time and were very professional and friendly. They got right to work and never stopped till the job was complete. They did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the over all results. I hired them back on a bi-weekly basis and can not wait to see how they do the second time. As of now I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good over all house cleaning or to get ready for a party and needs a hand getting their house ready.

They went above and beyond what i asked. Very happy with the service as well as the people. When they came in I told them what I needed done and they did the cleaning I asked as well as some picking up, making beds, and general tidying up which I didn't ask for. Cleaning service was great and I am extremely happy with what they are doing. This is their second visit and I am looking forward to continuing this service.

At age 76 I have finally had to concede that I can't mop, dust an scrub the way I used to. This wonderful team came through like a flight of angels. They scrubbed the kitchen, the bathroom, vacuumed, WASHED MY FLOORS (my biggest challenge.) Endured the squawking of my parrot and the scrambling of my cat. And when they were done, the place absolutely sparkled. I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off of my back. I'm still celebrating my beautiful clean home, almost a week later. I will be scheduling their service on a regular basis.

Nizia and Maria arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous and very thorough. They moved all my couches and vacuumed underneath. Hand scrubbed my bathrooms top to bottom. Washed my baseboards and dusted my ceiling fans....I was blown away. My house looked and smelled amazing when they were done. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be scheduling a regular cleaning with them!

They walked in the door and went right to work. The house smelled wonderful and they were able to work around some areas I did not want cleaned at this time. I kept the dogs out of their way but they took the time to greet my dogs which was nice. I was very pleased with everything! My bathroom looked amazing. Having well water, we always get that tough to clean ring around the toilets. They even got the ring out! Impressed! Found this company here on Angie's list and Im glad.

Nizia and Blanca (?) arrived a few minutes early and went right to work; Nizia said they work from top to bottom and thoroughly clean all the surfaces, floors, vacuum and dust. We had just had our master bath redone so there was a lot of dust all over the house from the construction. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies which was great. I could not believe that they did not insist that I move all our stuff before they dusted. I have a shelf that has so many knick knacks, etc. that I am reluctant to dust it myself. Some of the shelves are glass, which they cleaned nicely. The kitchen counters, appliances and everything was clean. The house smelled wonderful when they were done. They use peppermint oil with their cleaning solution. They were both very courteous and hard working.

As I said, all in all my house looks and smells much, much better. It was a tough job, as I've been sick and the house cleaning was neglected. Some minor issues missed, that she offered to come back to correct, but those items are not was has me unhappy with her service. I have pets in my home. When they were cleaning upstairs, I said to Nizia that if they needed to open the bedroom windows I would come up to do it, as the screens are weak and I would open them from the top. This was for safety, I have a cat that goes to the window sill as soon as a window is opened. She opened them herself and as soon as the cat jumped in the window the screen completely ripped. She called me up from downstairs. As I walked into my bedroom, my cat was on the OUTSIDE sill of my 2nd floor bedroom. I was able to grab my cat without her falling, Thank God! She did apologize but it was unemotional and superficial apology. It was actually the second cat incident of the day. I keep my dog and cat separated. The cat earlier had gotten out of the room and ran downstairs to the dog. A chase scene but all was well. The window incident was totally unacceptable to me! Now, in fairness, I do not expect everyone that comes into my home to be a pet lover. WHAT I do expect is that common care is taken around my pets! My cat could have died due to her carelessness! After the cleaning was done, and she was paid and leaving, there was no additional apology relating to what had happened. Nor with the follow up e-mail with the quote for recurring cleanings. Just was paid well for the initial cleaning, $440, and was here for 5 hours. Like I said, it was a tough job. But the quote for a biweekly cleaning is $135. My house will not be very dirty in only 2 weeks time. On the pricing sample on her website, that is comparable to a biweekly clean for a 4500 square foot house, mine is 1500.
