This company was excellent from responding to the service call and getting someone out quickly to diagnose the problem and then getting the water heater brought in and installed, all within a few hours. The price was a bit high and if I had more time I might have gone with another company but I can't fault the service.

While the tech and the company did pretty well, Home Advisor completely screwed up the service call with misinformation. If I had known I was booking through them I would have looked for another provider.

All was great with installation. We haven't had a chance to fire it up yet due to a snowstorm. The only negative thing I have to say is there was a lack of communication as to when to expect the electrician and tech. Other than that, very happy.

Once again I needed them in an emergency and they came through. Woke up to a broken hot water tank and water all over. Called them up and they sent over a supervisor to get started until someone was available. I have been using them for years and they have always been wonderful! Highly recommend them.
