Very professional workmen who were on time. The water heater install was a very good job. I would recommend Services United Inc. to anyone looking for a plumber.

The response time was incredible. I barely got done submitting my request on-line and the phone was ringing (AT 9:00 AT NIGHT)!!! We discuissed the possible causes of my problem on the phone and we arranged a time for the service call. The repairman was on time and the problem was diagnosed and corrected in a timely manner. The price (while slightly on the high side) was actually $10 less than was quoted on the phone. Overall, a very good service....

They sent a service tech the same day as my phone call. He was very professional and thorough. He was able to fix my problem the same day!

Responded to my online query scary fast. Scheduled to come do the job within 48 hours (including a Sunday). Service tech was pleasant and knowledgable. My repair was completed in short orde for a reasonable price. I received a follow-up phone call the next day asking if my dryer was working to my satisfaction. Overall, very good service.

Very courteous , prompt, very good price for the whole project, when we were having issues with the water pressure yesterday, within a half hour they were here to resolve the problem. would I use this company again, or recommend to friends (yes) they will be added to my service tech list permanently.

Your Technician was knowlegeable, and through . H.e informed me about the problems that could occur with this unit. In the Spring should i need to get a new unit Services United has moved to the top of my short list. He is one of the best technicians that has ever been to my home.

I received a phone call and prompt service minutes after searching the web for service. Sears wanted me wait 2 weeks to fix my washer and at a higher cost. Servicemagic was fantastic and reasonable!
