They called me within a few minutes of my completing the form on the website. They offered a reasonable price for a visit to determine the problem, and said that fee included a half hour of work. Fortunately, the problem was resolved within the first half hour, so I had no additional charge! I could tell from speaking to them that they were professional and honest.
