Very nice and professional. Accommodated my schedule and were very quick and efficient.

Timely contact and even showed up earlier than expected for both days! Only con is slight miscommunication about process/payment options. There is a 3% charge up for credit card use that I wasn’t aware of until I had to pay. Also unable to walk on floors for a few days longer than expected (this was my first experience with refinishing floors), so our move is slightly delayed now. Regardless, due to their quality of work, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the way they turned out!

We asked Casey to come take a look at our new house that had old hard wood floors. Casey gave us the estimate and started the work in a couple of days. These floors are over 20 years old and they now look brand new. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

I contacted Pure Hardwood Floors after I spoke to someone from Home Advisor. Casey came out and looked at my floors and gave me a price. I read his reviews and they were all positive. I had 3 rooms with floors that were 14 years old and wanted them refinished a different color. Casey wanted to do all 3 rooms at once but due to the layout of my house, having all 3 rooms done at once meant no access to our kitchen. He was irritated that he would have to come back. He did two rooms in November 2019 and then the last room in December 2019. By January 2020 we started noticing areas where the varnish was wearing off in small spots. This continued and I contacted Casey by email March 2020 and never heard from him. I also contacted Home Advisor and the man I spoke to me told me too bad. I contacted him again June and he said he would be out to look but he never showed. I contacted him again in July, this time he asked me for photos. I sent photos and he responded telling me they are scratches. I explained that no it was not that the varnish was wearing off, to which he responded with**it is scratches** He never bothered to come out and look. So several thousand dollars down the drain and business that does not stand behind their work after just a few months. Beware!

Let me just start by saying that ultimately my floors turned out beautifully. With that being said there were a few issues. First, on the day of install, I found out that I was going to have to pay $1000 more than what was on my receipt and what I thought was agreed upon. There was a discrepancy in the cost of the stairs. Even though the item was listed on the receipt he forgot to include the cost for that item when writing the receipt. The contractor suggested at that point that we either exclude the stairs or he could take all the wood back and refund my deposit. Neither of these was an option for me, as I wanted the stairs done and my home was already turned upside down, and furniture moved in preparation for the install. I was left with no choice but to agree to the new price since I did not have the time to look for another contractor. Second, if your home is occupied, be ready to move all furniture on your own. Third, they did not take away the trash. I was responsible for the disposal of all of the carpeting and laminate flooring that was being ripped up to put down the new hardwood floor. My garbage company took the carpeting and padding as bulk, but I had to pay for the laminate removal because it was considered construction material.

Casey and his team made on old house look brand new. I couldn’t decide on a color and Casey was so helpful. They sanded and stained my entire 2nd and 3rd floor. I will be bringing him back to do my 1st floor once I get all my furniture moved up to the areas they belong. Super friendly! He even came back because I found a tiny area that was too shiny to my liking. He fixed it at no extra charge. Super clean to no mess after they cleaned up from sanding. The price was not bad at all for everything they did. There is a reason why he gets a five star rating. I’m recommending him to everyone I know.

True professionals. Casey knows his business very well. A half wall was removed -no one can tell where it was. The blending was perfect. He was very easy to work with , showed up on time and finished on schedule. Working with him and his team was a true pleasure.

When I met casey immediately I knew he was a honest and trustworthy man. His crew came in and treated my home as if it were their house. They explained everything that was going to be done and covered all my cabinets/ furniture etc with plastic to keep it clean. They were on time every day and finished faster then expected. Needless to say the wood floors in my home have never looked this good. He not only sanded them but mixed a dark stain to match our upstairs rooms. The final coat of polyurethane went on and it looked beautiful like looking into a mirror.thank you casey and crew. Joe b well done
